Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L fo rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on wall, even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of minimum 01 mm thick wall care putty and including a coat of exterior wall primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of minimum 01 mm thick wall care putty and including a coat of exterior wall primer & complete removal of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down existing old unserviceable PVC water tanks of capacity of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement Rotational moulded (double layered as per IS 12701) polythylene water storage tank cylindrical vertical with closed top hoisted capacity upto 500 ltrs ISI marked with valid CMLNo and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed .

S&F 20/25 mm bore ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed(Minmum weight 210 gms). complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection 25 mm bore and removing the same from site/keeping aside for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 25mm bore old GI tubing to walls, ceiling or laid on floor including necessary cleanig, cutting, screwing and new fittings such as elbow, Tee, union, socket, reducer etc.

M&L for 25mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls/ ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Water proofing treatment on RCC roof of (Multistorey Bldg) etc, comprising with the following operation & as specified here in below from item no 12 to 15 :-

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer /or existing surfaces on roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for roof Padding and kerb etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 finished even & smooth with out using extra cement with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note:WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under Supply only item.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of roof including cleaning the surface by using wire brush/ pressure hose and applying high performance polyurethane liquid membrane roof casting cold applied in two coats @ 1.5 Kg/Sqm applied with spray/brush an elongation of 300% to 700% and tensile strength of not less than 3N/Sqmm as per ASTM D412 and ASTM D2370, crack bridging ability of 3.5 mm as per ASTM C 1305, shore a hardness of not less than 60as ASTM D 2240. The item includes epoxy prime applied @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm and a geotextile of 40 GSM to be applied over first coat while first coat is still wet complete as per manufacturer's instructions and sound engineering practice complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to broken edges of roof projection , chajja, facia, Fins and simillars works girth n exc 45 CM with 15 mm thick plaster including cutting of reinforcement as required , dubbing coat in CM 1:3, required PCC 1:2:4using 12.5 mm stone aggregate up to 4th storey bldgs complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius laid in cement mortar 1:6 completed all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specified complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement. Note- Plinth protection will be laid in outward slope of 1 in 12 and in alternative bays/panel.L ength of panel shall not exceed 2.5 m and joint between two panel shall be filled with mastic filling comrimising mixture of one part of hot blown bitumen 85/25 penetration and two part of heated sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type C-1,1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone agregate ) in surface channels complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concret, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type C-1,1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone agregate ) in roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edeges complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs gun metal globe or gate valve, wheel head cast copper alloy screwed down light pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union 20 mm dia, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 100 mm dia, spun type cast iron soil waste and vent pipe with or without ear with cement joint fixed to walls complete all specified and directed

S&F CI bend of 100mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Framed work such as tank caging, grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members incl necessary welding complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 125 mm hasp and staple, safety type, brass with mild steel with mild steel hinge pin including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm long butt hings medium weight cold rolled mild steel and including necessary welding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed
