Dismantling damaged Brick work in cement mortar wall and clearing away and depositing the debris away from the site and carefully including all labour charges as per standard and as directed as per instruction of department officers

Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring and strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc.., complete.

Supplying and filling foundation and basement with filling M.Sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed consolidated etc.., complete complying with standard specifications.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One of Cement Five of M.Sand and Ten of jelly) using 40mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc., complete.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One of Cement Two of M.Sand and Four broken Machine crushed stone jelly) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite jelly for all RCC works such as slabs, beam, footings, staircase waist slabs, steps, landing beams, fins, boxing, vertical louver, drops, window sill slabs projection and other simillar works including laying curing etc.., complete.

a) For Foundation and Basement.

b) For Super Structure in Ground Floor.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position steel reinforcement using mild steel or ribbed Tor steel rods for all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors, steel and binding wire shall be supplied by the contractors at his own cost etc.., complete.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at not more than 75cm centre to centre etc.., complete complying with standard specifications. (Payment for centering shall be give after the concrete is laid)

a) For Column Footings, Plinth Beam, Grade Beam etc..,

b) For RCC Columns and Sun shades etc..,

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality II Class Ground Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks / Fly Ash Bricks of size 9" x 4 3/8" x 2 3/4" for foundation and basement including curing etc.., complete complying with standard specification.

a) For Foundation and Basement.

b) For Super Structure in Ground Floor.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One of Cement and Five of P.Sand) 12mm thick in all floors including finishing, curing etc.., complete.

Special Ceiling Plastering and finishing all the RCC exposed surface such of RCC slabs, sunshade, canopy, staircase steps, landing slabs etc.., with CM 1:3 (One of Cement and Three of P.Sand), 10mm thick hacking the surface and providing cement mortar etc.., including finishing, curing etc.., complete.

Supplying and fixing of MS angle of size 50x50x6mm of length 1.20m cut and bent to shape and fixing in position with cement concrete 1:2:4 for tying the 2 ply barbed wire and painting the angle with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of primer etc complete complying with standard specifications

Supplying and fixing of 2 ply 10 gauge four pronged Galvanised barbed wire fencing by angle for horizontally 5 rows and vertically 20cm centre to centre including cost of barbed wire required length etc., complete

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of cement paint over one coat of cement primer as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface, curing etc.., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications. (The colour and shade of the cement paint shall be got approved by the Engineer incharge before use on work)
