Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.50% emulsion in Uniform single layer on sub base/subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve th desire density.
DENSE GRADED BITUMINOUS MACADAM Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with Hot Mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grade premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.50% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth Wheeled vibratory & Tandom Rollars to acheive the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specifications clause 507 Complete in all respects.
Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25Kg./Sqm. on the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with Mechanical broom, including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.
