Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundation/ for all type structure complete of plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:4:8 ( One cement :four sand:eight graded crushed /broken stone aggregate 20mm (twenty Millimeter) nominal size in or under wateror ground complete including pumping or bailing out water,dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and technical specification Clause 802.803.1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential . Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point fifteen millimeter) thick welded with angle iron in frame of 30x30x5 mm ( thirty into thirty into five millimeter) size so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu reinforcement and plain concrete work in foundation footing and bases of columns etcetera and mass concrete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying damp proof course 40mm forty millimeter)thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement:two sand:four graded crushed stone aggregate 12.5mm (twelve point five millimeter )nominal size) and curing complete including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax ,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and residual petrolum bitumen grade of VG-10 of approved quality Applying a coat of using 1.70 kg. (one point seventy kilogramme)per square meter on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with a piece of cloth lightly soaked with kerosene oil including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying reinforcement cement concrete work of grade M-20(M-twenty )design mix to obtain the minimum crushing strength of 20 N/mm2 (twenty Newton per millimetre square ) with minimum cement content of 340 kg (three hundred forty kilogramme ) per cubic metre mixed and vibrated mechanically, and curing complete to give a smooth and even surface including centering and shuttering etcetra but excluding cost of reinforcement in string course coping bed plates, anchor blocks plain window sills and the like Up to all floor level complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade (Neolac/Assian/Dulux/Berger)having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives New work (Two or more coats applied @1.67 ltr./ 10 sqm. . including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. .
