Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Anchoring reinforcement in the existing rock surface not less than 60cm and filling with necessary anchoring chemical as per std specification the rate includs cost of all materials, labour charges,transportation charges,hire charges for equipments etc complete

Supplying & fixing mild steel grills for fencing, windows, ventilators, etc., including priming coat.etc. complete as per drawings and specifications etc. complete (as per the directions of department officials)

Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint of smoke grey approved colour and make over one coat of anti corrosive zinchromite primer over new steel work, suitably prepared for receiving the paint by surface scraping, rubbing applying filler etc. including cost of filler, primer, paint all complete as per drawings and specifications.

Relaying of Existing unpolished granite tile available in Thirumalainayakar mahal (already Dismantled) of average thickness not less than 75 mm slabs over a bed of brick jelly concrete in lime mortar set in cement mortar 1:5, then pointing the stone joints with cement mortar 1:4 colour matching, curing (Best approved quality and the same shall be got approved from the Engineer-in-Charge before using) of approved size and design /shape laid in required pattern over etc. complete as directed by the Engineer -In Charge
