Provision for surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m. All kinds of soil.

Dry brick pitching half brick thick including supply of bricks and preparing the surface complete: With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5.

Provision for cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work u to plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand (Zone III): 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) for pathway.

Provision for brick on edge flooring with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12mm cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks; 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with all complete.

Provision for pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) : to the joints of the brick edge flooring etc. complete.

Provision for minor repairing of existing porta cabin for duty guards with labour and material all complete.
