Providing and Laying hollow cement concrete block walling 100mm thick consisting of hollow blocks of size 400 x 100 x 200 mm of mix 1:3:6 (1cement : 3Coarse sand and 6 graded stone aggregate 10 mm nominal and down size) laid in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse Sand ) up to five floor level.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:

Providing and fixing Reception Counters 0.60 mtr wide U shape of size L-3.30 mtr. made with 19 mm thick plywood (IS:710) & top, front pasted with 1 mm thick sunmica and the table edge covered with decorative beading, 02 Nos. shelves on each side, 02 drawers fixed with channels in front side including cost of all materials, transportation charges, labour charge, tools, painting etc. complete.

Providing and fixing floor Mounted cabinets of 2.00 x 80 x 0.40 mtrs, having 4 Nos. Horizontal shelves spacing of 400 mm c/c & 1 No. Vertical spacing of 400 c/c, 2 Nos. shutter 1.15 x 0.40 mm including handle, magnet catcher made of 19 mm thick superior quality of marine plywood (IS:710) outside and inside except unexposed areas pasted with 1 mm thick sunmica and the edge covered with decorative beading, including cost of all materials, transportaion charges, labour charge, tools etc. complete.

Providing and fixing floor mounted open counter table for providing counter top wash basin of size 0.80x0.70x0.60 mtrs covered from three sides made of 19 mm thick superior quality of plywood (IS : 710 ) outside and inside except unexposed areas with 1 mm thick sunmica and the edge covered with decorative beading including cost of all materials, transportaion charge, labour charge, tools etc. complete.

Providing and fixing counter top white vitrous china wash basin with 15mm CP Brass pillar taps, 32 mm CP Brass waste of standard pattern as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall

20 mm nominal outer dia Pipes

Providing and fixing plain lining with necessary screws/nuts and bolts/nails fixed on wooden/steel frame work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Frame work shall be paid for separately).

19 mm thick plywood conforming to IS : 710.

Providing and fixing homegenous polyvinyl sheet flooring and skirting in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber absed adhesives of approved quality and manufacturer like Dunlop S-7589, Fevicol Sr 998 or equivalent including rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge in approved colour and shade.
