Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, laying of cable/pipe etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note (i) Hard rock obtained from excavation shall be stacked properly. Stacked hard rock shall be measured by deducting 50% quantity for voids for hard rock, remaining quantity will be considered of soft/disintegrated rock. (ii) Hard rock obtained shall be issued under Schedule of credit, which shall not be allowed for uses in work.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material soft/ disintegrated rock to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground PVC/XLPE cable with tibba sand and punning to provide required cover complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Punned thickness of sand cushioning shall only measured).

Supply & laying 40 to 50 mm thick roughly hammer dressed Jodhpur stone patti cable cover 25 cm to 30 cm wide and n.exc 60 cm long each laid dry abutting with each other with maximum gap between adjacent slabs n.exc 10 mm complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty ) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size of cross sectional aera 300 Sqmm 3½ core with cable lugs, gland, cable termination box etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty ) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size of cross sectional aera 50 Sqmm 3½ core with cable lugs, gland, cable termination box etcand including taking down old Unsv existing cable complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty ) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size of cross sectional aera 35 Sqmm 3½ core with cable lugs, gland, cable termination box etc and including taking down old Unsv existing cable complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty ) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size of cross sectional aera 16 Sqmm 4 core with cable lugs, gland, cable termination box etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F steel water tubing 80 mm bore, 'light grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in trench on pole for protection of cable etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for cutting the existing bituminous road / hard standing to size not exceeding 45cm wide and depth not less than 45cm for passing of UG cable through GI pipe and making good the disturbed surface filled with excavated material and top 200mm depth with plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning out door type LT feeder piller box of suitable size, padestal mounted, CPRI type tested factory made totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, double leaf shutter in front and single leaf shutter in rear side made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, framing with 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick MS angle iron and legs of size 0.5m long . duly fabricated and having proper locking arrangement in both front and rear door with 4 side slanting roof duly projected and painted to both internal and External surfaces with powder coating paint in heat process of sheet and suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system and comprising with and the panel shall be mounted on 50x50x6mm angle iron stand of height 45cm above ground and 45 cm embeded in ground on suitable PCC foundations.

ITEM No. 15.00 CONTD… Computer cut shelf adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone & skull be provided, including taking down existing panel complete as directed . The panel shall consists of following accessories:- Incoming Side (i) MCCB 4 Pole of capacity 250 Amps, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase breaking capacity 36 KA with thermal magnetic release - 01 No. (ii) Digital type Multifunctinal meter CT operated class 1 accuracy suitable for measuring v, A, PF, kW, kva etc 3 Phase, 4 digit, high resolution, LED type with one side programmability – 01 No. Make- L&T Part No- WL411021OO00 (iii) Indicator lamp with holder key flush mounted, LED type Red, yellow, blue with toggle switch– 03 Nos. Make L&T- Part No- SIL-00000.

ITEM No. 15.00 CONTD… (iv) Bus bar strips made of Aluminium (Hindalco Make)of size 50 x10mm min 1 Mtr length – 04 Nos aluminium bus bar TPN duly insulated with coloured PVC sleeve as per standard colour code and rigidly mounted on bakelite/DMC insulator bus bar support (Square/round ) insulators of suitable size and good insulation resistance. (v) CT 200/5A) -03 Nos OUTGOING:- (a) MCCB 4 Pole of capacity 200 Amp , breaking capacity 25 KA with thermal release- - 1 No. (b) MCCB 4 Pole of capacity 160 Amp , breaking capacity 16 KA with thermal release -1 No (c) MCCB 4 Pole of capacity 63 Amp, breaking capacity 10 KA with thermal release -01 (d) Internal control wiring with 1100 volt grade 1.5 Sq.mm stranded copper cable as per colour coding for all connections with suitable size lugs as required and as specified.

Supply, transportation fixing and errection of prestressed cement concrete pole 9 metre long, minimum cross section 102 mm x 172 mm at top and 102 mm x 279 mm at bottom class -10 confirming to IS-1678 and including making alternate white and black strips 30 cm height (Total 5 Nos), with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete and including taking down existing pole of any description complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 3 core PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100 volt grade multicore cable 1.5 sqmm with stranded copper conductor cable on bottom and top of pole from looping box to security light fitting including 20mm dia PVC pipe heavy grade (from junction box to Street light fittings) with necessary fitting & fixture and including taking down existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix Weather proof Street light Junction Box of size 230 x 170X105 mm depth including MCB SP 6 Amp C Curve and connecting terminals 4-way and fixing with street light poles (PCC Pole) using necessary MS Clamps, nuts, bolts washers of suitable size etc. including M& L fixing arrangement and including taking down existing unserviceable box complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F street light bracket made out of 40mm dia light grade GI pipe 1.5 Mtr long bend to shape including necessary fixing arrangement with MS Clamp of suitable size made out of 35 x 4 mm MS flat suitable shape to pole including nut bolts 03 Nos and washers and including taking down existing bracket complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver with separate surge protection device 5 KA rating, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete and sepatate connector block for termination of incomming cable connection and including taking down existing unserviceable light fitting complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling & taking down ACSR conductor, of any size, after taking necessary shut down, for 1100 V LT OH line, by loosening the binding wires, jumpers etc. for replacement of insulator / cross arms etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling insulator any type, any size complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling cross arms of MS channels or angle sections etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stay assembly complete with loop insulator etc. by loosening the bolts of the clamps (on the pole side / stay rod side) and taking out complete, including loop insulators complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Excavation and earth work,demolition of concrete will be included under respective items)

M & L bore earthing not less than 250 mm dia 16 feet deep filled with black soil up to 7 feet from bottom complete with galvanized iron pipe 40 mm bore medium grade 3 meter long tapers at bottom & provided 12 mm holes (staggered) at 75 mm centre to centre up to 2.5 meter of length from bottom , burried directly in ground filled with 45 cm alternate layer of chemical magnisium sulphate & salt up to ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 3 mm as earthing lead by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including brazing work and 40mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection including all necessary earth work, excavation, earth chamber with PCC 1:3:6, type C1 and RCC chamber cover of PCC 1:2:4 with handle and 20mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh etc and testing on complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

NOTE FOR ITEM No. 27.00 [i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 100M [ii]. PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm round bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways. [iii]. Main earthing strip from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr. [iv]. Funnel with watering pipe [GI pipe] 20mm bore [ISI marked] medium grade & copper lugs and charcoal & salt as reqd. [v]. GI protection pipe of size 40 mm bore light grade 7.5m.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm grade stone aggregate) in foundation of pole/struts etc including necessary form work finished and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm grade stone aggregate) in foundation of stay assembly strus or pole including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) for couping/encasing around of pole including necessary form work finished and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
