Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: In cement mortar.

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 insuperstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in allshapes and sizes in :5.2.1 Cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Half brick masonry in Superstructure , above plinth level uptofloor V level using bricks of designation 75 Cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying cement concrete including curing,compaction etc. complete in retaining walls, return walls,walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns,piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks,plain window sills, fillets, levelling course etc up to floor fivelevel excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. M15 grade Nominal Mix 1: 2: 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate20mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing 1st quality standard white, grey, ivory,fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shadesceramic glazed vitrified tiles with water absortion less than orequal to 0.08% confirming to IS:13753 & IS : 15622 on walls, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished withflush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment tomatch the shade of the tile complete (excluding the cost ofcement plaster on walls and pillar).7.20.1 Size 600mm x 1200mm

Add extra for Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles withcement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive(Water based) conforming to IS: 15477 , using 5kg. adhesiveper sqm of tile area, in average 3mm thickness instead ofcement mortar.

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish :12.2.1 20 mm thick.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sandpapering and preparing the surface smooth including necessaryrepairs to scratches by sandla/loi. (only for colour changing ).

Providing and applying white cement based putty overplastered surface to prepare the surface even and smoothcomplete12.22.1 New Plastered Surface (three or more coats)
