REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF DOORS, WINDOWS, WALL PANELLING, FALSE CEILING, GLASS PANES AND OTHER CONNECTED MISC ITEMS IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R-I UNDER GE NASIRABAD

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc 1.50 sqm and n.exc 4.00 Sqm each and removing from site complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall in CM (1:3) all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n exc 1.50 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed and making good disturbed surface of walls in cement mortar (1:3) all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n.exc 2 sqm each leaf and removing from site all as specified and directed

M & L for rolled mild steel work angle iron as in door frame (Chowkhats) / cooler stand and other similar work including provn of 12mm dia deformed bar welded horizontally to bottom of frame confirming to Fe-290 or Fe-330 including preparing back of chowkhat and applying two coats tar and sanding newly tarred surfaces with clean sharp sand complete all as specified and directed.

S & F second class Hardwood 35 mm thick, factory made, plain framed, panelled shutter (Three panels) with panels of 9mm thick BWP grade ply wood bonded with high quality liquid phenol formal dehyde synthetic resin adhesive conforming to IS-710. The size of rails & style shall be as per IS-1003 (part-I) kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 & chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as per specified and directed.

S & F Flush shutters 30mm thick, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels commercial type on both side and both faces is covered with approved pattern with Decorative coloured laminate on both face type 1 of 0.9 mm thick and all around side faces covered with 7-10mm thick 1st class hard wood liping duly polished complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L for factory made Second class hardwood glazed and skeleton door shutters 35mm thick, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc (incl sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc Size of members of shutter shall be as specified in SSR 2009 Part-I, section 8 clause Member shall be kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 & chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 incl glass and wiremesh complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for for Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour sheet PVC Sheet rinforced with M.S square tube,fixing in opening as per specification & Drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made solid pannel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rail. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded. sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawings on page 146 of SSR Part - II 2004 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Steel window/ventilator factory made, out of MS hollow section 79mm x 39mmx1.6mm thick frame with double shutter (glazed & wiregauged shutters) made out of Z section using flush butt welding and tennon riveting all as per IS 1038/83, dobby hinges shall be provided to both shutters, Locking arrangements as per sample approval by GE, provided with knob, 10mm MS square bars in grill, Z section handle 100mm size and 150mm long hook & eye welded to frame and shutter, four Nos lugs welded to frame inculding necessary flat iron beading for securing wire gauge, including required wiremess and sheet glass(Plain/figured) etc in complete window, including holes, cutting holes for hold fast,neccesary fittings and making good in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, including synthetic enamel paint two coat over a coat of zinc chrome red oxide primer incl glass and wiremesh etc complete all as specified and directed.
