RequiredSample Quality test Certificate issued by Third party Government / Government approved agencies / Authorised Experts should be enclosed.
RequiredScanned Brochures /Information / Profile of the firm to be submitted
RequiredScanned Copy of PAN card must be in firm name.
RequiredSelf Declaration on Rs.500-00 Non-Judicial Stamp Paper certified by the Notary to be submitted stating that the entity has not been black listed by any Government and Non-Governmental Departments.
RequiredThe bidder shall submit one quantity sample of Gold medal as per specification before the opening of technical bid to Registrar Evaluation, Tumkur University, B.H. Road, Tumakuru-572 103.
RequiredThe bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover of Rs 10.00 Lakh in at least 2 financial years of the last 5 years 2020-21 to 2024-25-Audit reports should be enclosed.
RequiredThe vendor shall have a minimum of Three year experience in the field for Supply of Gold Medal for University Convocation. Any document supporting the above criteria. Such as supply Order should be enclosed. ie. FY 2023-24 to FY 2025-26
