Annual Maintenance of Engaging Essential services to 1848 MSB TNGRHS Flats at Kavundampalayam, Coimbatore for 9 months by engaging the required and properly trained pump operators for lifting water from sump, well or bore well to the over head tank in each block, maintenance of pump sets, attending the repair works in water supply and sanitary line and removal of blockages in water closets, inspection chambers and gullies, attending electrical fault in wiring and electrical installations in the flats, replacing the bulb in common areas, sweeping the common areas including clearing the cowdung and clearing of vegetations, bushes and jungle clearance in and around the scheme area, desilting and cleaning the storm water drains and removal of debris away from the scheme area, maintaining the avenue trees, and garden plants, cleaning of water tanks and sump in each block once in 4 months of a year by rotation and to maintain the scheme area in a neat and tidy condition, operating to lift smoothly without any complaints from the residents of the scheme and also staying in the lift itself as per time schedule indicated, etc., complete in all respect and as directed by department officers. (From 01.07.2025 to 31.03.2026)

Sweeper - (A, B1, B2 & C4 - 6 Nos, C1, C2 & C3 - 6 Nos and D- 2 Nos) (14 person per day in the1st shift from 6.00am to 2.00pm) and 4 Nos of Garbage Seperation worker (A-1,B1-1,C1-1 and D-1) - Mazdoor-II

Sewer cleaner - (2 person per day in the 1st shift from 6.00am to 2.00pm and 1 person per day in the 2nd shift 2.00pm to 10.00pm) - Mazdoor-II
