Schedule 'A'

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters,buttresses columns, pillars boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation n.exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material/soil not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance upto 250m and depositing,spread and levelled where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hardcore of gauge n exc 63mm, broken stone or boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 (Nominal mix) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.(Note:- using dimapur sand)

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping to chajja tops and all other similar work etc. incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded agg finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specidied and as directed.

M&L for glass dividing strips 3mm thick and width of strip 38mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work in cement mortar (1:4) using water proofing compound @2% by weight of cement as per manufacture instruction and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Using Dimapur Sand (ii) WPC will be measured and paid separately

M & L for rendering 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces brick work or concrete surfaces finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (using Dimapur Sand)

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for structural steel work in Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe 410-W (Grade E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sucnk) forming holes with any attachement Fe 410W (Gde-E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc .Fe 410-gde -E250 quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rolled mild steel work such as in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections,fixed independently, with connecting base plate etc. as in fencing post, strut bend to shape, holes drilled/ notches cut out to receive MS bolts and barbed wire, embedded to concrete including tarring to steel work embedded to concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip, straight flashing etc fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection including finishing cement concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.(Using dimapur sand)

M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing GI tubing medium grade 25 mm dia ISI Marked with all fitting laid in trenches for bore of pipe of following sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing GI tubing medium grade 40 mm dia ISI Marked with all fitting laid in trenches for bore of pipe of following sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing GI tubing medium grade 80 mm dia ISI Marked with all fitting laid in trenches for bore of pipe of following sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing GI tubing medium grade 50 mm dia ISI Marked with all fitting laid in trenches for bore of pipe of following sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread sand in trenches as sand cushioning to underground cable for protection with dry fine river sand and provide required cover after punning down 18CM will be measured and paid complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid.)

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks ( designated 75) locally available best quality, laid dry in trenches for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip of size 25 x 4 mm by means of galvanized iron or steel bolts nuts check nuts and washers and other end connected with earthing testing point including providing suitable testing points as directed including funnel, watering pipe of 20mm bore, light grade galvanized iron pipe, wire mesh charcoal of coal dust and common salt in alternative layer all around the earth electrode compacted thickness 15cm with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 50mm thick pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab set in CM (1:4) re-enforcement with 8mm dia deformed bars @ 15cm C/C and suitable handle of 10mm dia MS round bars, including earth work in hard/dense soil as required complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part I and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Earth strip beyond 7.5 m length will be measured & paid separately)

Supply, laying, Jointing and testing in repair of LT UG cable XLPE insulated,PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 6 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches / on poles / walls / in ducts / passing through pipes and including necessary cable lugs, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, Jointing and testing in repair of LT UG cable XLPE insulated,PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches / on poles / walls / in ducts / passing through pipes and including necessary cable lugs, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, Jointing and testing of submersible copper cable 4 sqmm 3 core PVC insulated , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, installing and testing openwell submersible pump set of HP 415 Volt ,16 LPS at 08 mtr head complete with 3 phase DOL starter complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 40/25 mm dia of brass Nozzle for fountain complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for point wiring surface type with two single core 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed, multi-stranded, copper conductor cable in and including suitable size PVC casing capping with all fittings and fixing accessories and suitable size PVC box for mounting switches, regulator etc including multi-strand PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper cable as earth continuity conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm and connecting to light fitting/fans etc complete all as specified and directed for following :- (Colour code to be followed) One light point controlled by one, one way switch

One socket outlet 5 Amps 5 pin on same board with other switches.
