Providing & Fixing of Gear Driven Pop up ( For Large Lawn) capable of delivering 0.32 1.84 lps with radius of coverage from 13.7-22.0m at 2.0 - 6.2bar. The sprinkler shall be available with six (6) numerically coded nozzles with a trajectory of 26°. The sprinkler shall be adjustable in both part circle and a true full continuous 360° circle configuration. The adjustable part circle unit shall be minutely adjustable from 40° to 360°. The sprinkler shall have a top arc adjustment carried out by rotation of a flat blade screwdriver within the top cover. The sprinkler shall have an arc indication arrow on the top of sprinkler displaying the coverage pattern set. The sprinkler shall also have a friction-clutch mechanism to allow for 360°+ forward or reverse movement of nozzle turret without damage to the internal gear components. Sprinkler shall have a memory arc clutch feature to allow original arc pattern to be automatically resumed following disturbance to nozzle turret. The adjustable unit shall be adjustable in all phases of installation (i.e., before installation, after installation while static, and after installation while in operation). The features of pop- up should be: i) ABS Riser having 1" inlet & 4" Riser Height . ii) Arc memory clutch with position recall. iii) Top Arc Adjustment with Graduated Arc Set Degree Marking on top. iv) Reverse Mechansism. v) Optional Check Valve for Elevation Difference.

Providing & Fixing of 1" swing Joint. The swing Joint shall be used as a flexible swing joint assembly for 1" inlet sprinklers.The pipe shall be rigid white colour PVC type 1 confirming to ASTM D1784 with apressure rating of 12 bar at 220c. All component shall be factory pre assembled availble with 1"inlet and outlet and in length of 12". Spigot inlet shall be available in 1". All rotating Joints shall be modefied stub ACME threads. All rotating Joints shall have two EPDM rubber O-ring for Positive sealing and thread protection. The swing Joints shall have oversized threaded inlet with large grip and visible thread stop to make hand tightening and blind (underwater) installations easier. The colour of 1" swing Joints shall be white/gray(on request) .

Providing & Fixing of Valve box 20" Rectangular Valve Box with cover. The valve boxes shall be high strength, high density polyethylene constructed material. It should be UV stabilizer with anti oxidants, resistant to moisture.

Providing & Fixing of Valve box 12" Rectangular Valve Box with cover. The valve boxes shall be high strength, high density polyethylene constructed material. It should be UV stabilizer with anti oxidants, resistant to moisture.

Providing & Fixing of Valve box 6" Round Valve Box with cover. The valve boxes shall be high strength, high density polyethylene constructed material. It should be UV stabilizer with anti oxidants, resistant to moisture.

Providing & Fixing of 3 way pilot operated Quick Pressure relief valve size 2" along with bypass arrangement.. It shall be adjustable Pressure setting from 21 PSI - 130 PSI for maximize performance. It has 3 way pilot with 4 ports of the size 1/8"-28 BSP at a tempreture of 600c. It should be made of high streangth engineering plastic with great durability and corrosion resistance. Its pilot has glass reinforced plastic base and cap for streangth, Pilot has a max height of 155 mm and width of 69 mm.

Providing & Fixing of a double acting Continuous Air release valve 2" made of Aluminum. The Continuous Air release valve shall be capable of both releasing and admitting air from and into the line during system operation. The working pressure shall be 10 Bars and testing pressure shall be 16 Bars.

Providing & Fixing of Automatic Disc filter (120 mesh) 50m3 /hr having an inlet & two outlets connections of 3", 2 pressure gauze ports of 3/4" ,a helix made of fiber glass reinforce polyamide at base of disc filter cartridge to create a helical effect in the incoming water ,spinning particulate in suspension away from the filtering element and so minimizing cleanings frequency ,3/4" outlet for flushing at bottom of filter & maximum working pressure of 14 bars.

Providing & Fixing of 4" BSP Straight flow 3 way Solenoid valve with victaulic grooved coupling flow control and "pressure regulation unit" which shall be normally closed 24 VAC 50/60 cycle solenoid actuated angle pattern design. The valve pressure rating shall not be less than 10.5 bar. The valve body shall be constructed of high-impact, weather-resistant Nylon Glass Filled with heavy duty diaphragm and stainless steel screws, fasteners and components. The valve shall have manual open/close control (internal bleed) for manual opening and closing of valve without electrically energizing the solenoid, manual bleed can be removed for " tamper proof" operation. The valve shall operate with minimum 24 VAC at 10.5 bar. The valve must open or close in less than 1 minute at 10.5 bar, and less than 30 seconds at 0.7 bar. The valve construction shall provide for all internal parts to be removable from the top of the valve without disturbing the valve installation.
