The Tenderer should have Company/Shop registered in his/Firm/ Company name as per Rules of Shops & commercial Act & GST Act for Manufacturing and shall furnish necessary documents along with Tender.
The Tenderer shall have valid GST Registration and shall furnish the GST and PAN numbers and submit related copy of the certificate and upload the same in Pre-bid.
The Tenderer shall have an annual turnover for supply the mild steel equipment amounting to Rs. 80 lakh in last two financial year.
The Tenderer should furnish their Performance Certificates for having carried-out the Reversible type mild steel legs manufacture and supply to KSFIC.
The Tenderer shall furnish an EMD of Rs.3,00,000.00 as Proof of submission of EMD.
Sample should be produced at KSFIC Ltd, Timber yard in a sealed pack before opening of technical bid. Regional Manager, KSFIC ltd, Timber yard will open the sample pack before financial bid for suitability of M.S. Legs for making reversible Desks.
The Tenderer, whose samples accepted by the Regional Manager, KSFIC Ltd, Timberyard will be qualified for technical bid and the rejected samples will be disqualified for technical bid.
Undertaking by Tenderer to the effect that he/she has not been blacklisted by KSFIC or any other Government agency/ department shall be submitted at the time of participation in tender process.
