Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

3.2 (b) Tenderer should Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, atleast one similar work such as Building work of value not less than Rs 195.41 Lakhs. The workdone certificate duly signed not below the Rank of Executive Engineer.

3.2 (c) Executed in any one year, the following minimum quantities of work:(2020-21 to 2024-25) RCC 650.00 Cum Steel 64.00 MT BBM/Laterite Stone/Solid Block 1482.00 Sqm Flooring 1405.00 Sqm Tenderer Shall submit Workdone Certificate stating the above quantities executed issued by not below the rank of executive Engineer.

3.2 (d) The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess required valid electrical license for executing building electrification works and should have executed similar electrical works amounting to Rs 17.00 Lakhs in any one year during 2020-21 to 2024-25

3.2 (e) The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply/sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar water supply/sanitary engineering works amounting to Rs 13.00 Lakhs in any one year during 2020-21 to 2024-25

3.3 (a) The tenderer shall produce Critical Machineries (50pec to be owned & 50pec to be hired with supporting documents) Trucks/Tipper/Dumpers - 1 Nos Excavators/Dozers- 1 Nos Mechanical Concrete Mixer with Hopper - 2 Nos Centering Sheet - 1000 Sqm Water Tanker of minimum Capacity 4000 Liters - 2 Nos Laboratory Equipments 1 Units

Tenderer has to furnish Annual turnover for the last 5 years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-2025 Duly certified by CA with UDIN.

3.2 (a) Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs 781.64 Lakhs. Duly certified by CA with UDIN.

3.3 (b) The tenderer has to furnish liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs: 106.59 Lakhs Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from Nationalized/ Scheduled banks.

The Tenderer shall have valid Class-II and Above KPWD/CPWD/MES/Railways/Public sectors licence.

The tenderer has to furnish Company Profile and details of Technical Personnel working/Associated with him the qualification and experience of individual are to be mentioned.

The Tenderer shall give details of the works on hand (Present contract commitment) duly signed by the bidder.(The Bidder should submit the work on hand i,e., B value with full details, if the Bidder furnish any false or incomplete details, the Bid will be rejected)
