Demolition of brick work in cement mortar manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 meter leads as per direction of Engr -in- Charge.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of materials within 50 metres as per direction of Engr -in- Charge.

Dismantling tiles work in floors and roof laid in cement mortar including stacking materials within 50 metres lead. (i) for thickness of tiles 8mm to 25mm

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters ( steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead :- of area 3 Sqm and below

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Taking down existing roof treatment of any position with bituminous felt including plaster / loose concrete and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 100 mtr and not exc 250 mtrs and roughing the surface of old concrete by picking, scraping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove all dust etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10mm in CM 1:3 over concrete surfaces on RCC roof slab and parapets mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement shall be carried out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured under separate item of this schedule.

Providing and carry out water proofing treatment to sound, moisture free concrete surface system includes proper surface preparation to remove loose dust, dirt, loose mortar , curing compound etc carry out cementitious injection grouting at leakage points and construction joints using cement slurry modified with Cebex 100 plasticised expandive ground admixture supplies in 225 gm pouch,treatment of construction joints using polymer modified mortar prepare by using Nitobond SBR latest's, application of polymer modified batter at floor, wall junction, filling of annular space around rain water outlet using contexture GP2 non shrink cementitious grouts. Providing and fixing factory made 30mm thick door shutter made of solid PVC foam profile. The styles & rails shall be of size 75mm x 30mm having wall thickness 5mm. The styles, top & bottom rails shall have one side wall thickness of 15mm integrally extruded on the hinge side of the profile for better screw holding power. The styles and rails shall be reinforced with MS tubes of size 33mm x 17mm x 1mm, painted with primer, all four corners of reinforcement to be welded or sealed. solid PVC extruded bidding ( push fit type) will be set inside the styles and the rails with a cavity, to receive single piece extruded 5mm PVC sheet as panel. The styles and rails will be mitred cut and joint with help of PVC solvent cement & self driven self tapping screws. Single piece extruded solid PVC lock rail of size 100mm x 30mm with wall thickness 5mm & 15mm integrally extruded in the middle of the lock rail & fixed with styles with the help of PVC solvent cement & self driven self tapping screws of size 100mm x 8mm complete as per manufacturer's specifications and direction of Engineer -in- Charge.Decorative finish ( both side wood grained finish).

M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete .

M&L 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand) on ceiling surface finished with a floating coat of neat cement and thick coat of lime wash on top of ceiling when dry for bearing of RCC slabs and beams.

M&L for Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) : Raised and cut pointing.

Finishing wall New work (Exterior emuslion two or more coats applied @ 1.43 liter/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 liter / 10 Sqm with 100 % premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ liter and UV resistance as per IS 15489 : 2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade ( Company Depot tinted ) with silicon additives.

Distempring Two or more coats on new work over a coat wall primer with Ist quality acrylic distemper , having VOC ( Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams / liter of approved brand and manufacture of required shade and colour including applying 1mm thick wall care putty complete as per manufacturer's specification.

White washing on new work of ceiling surfaces (three or more coats) to give an even shade complete.

Providing and laying Double charge vitrified tiles size 600 x 600mm in floor in different size ( thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colors and shade , laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/Sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. the tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, levelling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.

Providing and laying vitrified tiles in different sizes ( size of tiles 600 x 600 mm) ( thickness to be specified by manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colors & shade , in skirting, riser of steps , over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg / Sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc complete.

Providing and laying ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300 x 300 mm or more ( thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of !st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colors and shade except white ivory, Grey, fume Red Brown, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg/ Sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc complete.

M&L for followings :- (i) Removing plaster, loose concrete & finishes all around the columns, slabs & beams (on all four sidescription of column to full height , three sidescription of beam to entire span & bottom of slab to area as directed) (ii) After cleaning gently removing cover concrete using pneumatic/electric chipper or any other approved tool in entire portion of structural member (removal of cover concrete shall be done to an extent when reinforcement is visible) (iii) Removal of cover concrete with under cutting of up to a depth of 20mm beyond reinforcement around full circumference & full length of bar where directed. (concrete shall be stripped to an extent concrete substrate is exposed) (iv) Removing visible rust along the length of reinforcement using hand tools as approved. (The Engr-in-charge may order sand blasting if rust is approved) (v) Any other work as directed by Engr-in-charge to present clean surface for determination of type of repair to be carried out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing & Pouring Micro concreting M-40 grade :- Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above pour Micro concreting M40 grade, Make : Master Emaco S46T of BASF or equivalent FOSROC/SIKA using approved mixing machines/pumping under pressure via approved pneumatic pump at the locations to be repaired in RCC beams & columns etc,. Adding of aggregates will be permitted only as per manufacturer’s recommendation without compromising the strength. The rate shall include cost of all materials (except re-bar) labor charges for mixing, pouring concrete, cost of tools, lead & lift of materials, transportation etc., to carry out the complete work complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of micro concrete M-40 grade & Epoxy bond coat is included in this item.

M&L for use & waste of form work using steel sheets , steel bracing, propping etc around structural members where micro concreting to be done and keeping form work in position till required specified period complete all as specified and directed. Note : Form work shall be 100% leak proof. For purpose of payment area in touch with concrete shall be measured.

M&L for providing rust proof /anti corrosive treatment to bars :- (i) cleaning of all exposed bars (new & old) around (ii) Apply a single coat of Alkaline rust converting primer on around bars new & old as recommended by the manufacture (iii) Apply two coats of Epoxy phenolic anti corrosive protective coat on bars around new & old as recommended by the manufacture. Note : Anti corrosive treatment shall be continuous especially in the regions where pitting, imperfections, etc were present on the surface of the bars. It is important that the rear portions of re bars (those towards the concrete substrate) should not be left without coating.

M&L for providing PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) :- (i) Dry sub strate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible.(In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) of 25 mm thickness. Note : Application of PMM shall be preferably be in coats of appx 10mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairly rapid successions so as entire work is completed with in 30 mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use. (iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as recommended by manufacture complete all as specified and directed.

Making the opening in brick masonry for door/ window/ clerestory ventilator for exhaust fan window including dismantling in floor or walls by cutting masonry and making good the damages to walls, flooring and jambs complete to match existing surface i/c disposal of mulba / rubbish to the nearest municipal dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge

Distempering on old work ( wall/ ceiling) ( one or more coats) with 1st quality acrylic distemper ( Ready mix ) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ liter of approved brand over a coat of water thinkable cement primer and manufacturer to give an even shade
