Term Contract for stainless steel work including waiting sheds in Delhi Cantt.

M& L stainless steel pipe structure of indicated thickness,of Stainless Steel grade 304, comprising of stainless steel pipes, tubes, flats & other sections duly welded and joints completely grinded and polished complete including fixing of structure at site firmly with base plates and bolts as per drawing/design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Approved makes: Jindal ,Mukand, Laxcon. Contractor to submit procurement vouchers along with the bill

- Do- as item 1 above , but extra for providing stainless steel pipe section with full or semi curved surfaces /shapes ,circles or other geometrical shapes as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge fixed in position including cost of welding , buffering B15and polishing.

M&L fixing of stainless steel sheet 1.5 mm thick, stainless steel grade 304, with mat finish of approved design with steel clamps/rivets in roof coverings.Approved makes: Jindal ,Mukand, Laxcon. Contractor to submit procurement vouchers along with the bill.

Providing installing tensile cloth/fabric on stainless steel framed structures by using Ferrari or equivalent composite membrane made up of Weave of high tenacity polyester base yarn materials of approved shade and quality by Engineer-in- charge. The material should have properties like long lasting mechanical resistance, diamensional stability , flexibility, non fading , UV resistant , flame retardant, ease of fitting , Tensile fabric cloth of Ferrari make, model 702-S2, weight 750 gm/sqm, or equivalent of Mehlar Texnologies India Pvt Ltd or Ferrari or equivalent make as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

M/L for buffing /polishing of existing stainless steel structures /members of any size, shape, fixed in any position above ground level as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Designing , supplying and fixing Flex hoarding ( star /LG/3M make) of quality 13 OZ with 6 pass multicolour printing including cost of fixing /pasting flex pasting on SS frame ( SS frame shall be payable under relevant schedule items) including printing messages, high resolution non fading pictures, images, logo etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S/F Acrylic sheet 3 mm thick fixed on stainless steel frame work firmly with screw /rivets and like all as directed by Engineering charge

S/F retro reflective sheet over SS framed structure of required size & shape, high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue green or specified colour to display any messages, symbols etc on stainless steel sheds complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in – Charge.

Providing and installation of 16mm thick Microcell Polycarbonate single panel sheet, width shall not be less than 900mm to ensure best performance under wind uplift, viberation and visual appearance. The panels shall be uniform in colour with an integral Microcell/Multicell. Colour of sheet shall be approved by client / concultant. Panels shall be manufactured with vertical standing seam with maximum height 15mm at both sides of the panel. Snap-on polycarbonate connector to interlock the panels shall have a double tooth grip lock locking mechanism to ensure maximum uplift capability (strength). Panel shall be con-extruded with special antiglare compound to make it anti glare/soft light to prevent glare and sun streaks. Panel shall be with aluminium end cap of U profile (mill finish) for ends flashing. Panel shall be co-extruded 99.9% on both sides UV protected, U-value= 1.53/1.62(w/m 2 K). Panel shall be fixed over structural steel pulins with Trapezoidal heavy duty stainless steel fastner (Z type) with flat head screws (4.8* 19mm-3 nos. minimum). Fixing method shall be strictly followed as per manufacture guide lines, including transportation, delivery at site, unloading storage and handling at site, sheet shall be bend and cut as per drawings, site assembly and finally erection at appropriate location. The work shall be completed in all respects as per drawings, technical specification, approved make and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
