Scrapping the area by removing 0.15meters depth of soil, and removing of unwanted plant, grass along with roots, disposing the scrapped earth including lead up to 25 KM, lift, loading, unloading etc complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge – in all type of soils.

Supply and laying of good quality of red earth/ soil for a depth of 0.15meters, including compaction complete as per the directions of Engineer- in-charge [Approval of the Engineer- in-charge shall be obtained for the quality of earth before procuring]

Providing Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 5.0 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) with Modular bricks including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and usage charges of machinery & other incidental charges complete as per the direction of Engineer- in-charge of work.

Anti-fungal exterior emulsion paint (Two coats with primer): Providing and applying anti-fungal exterior emulsion paint in two finishing coats over a coat of primer of approved make [such as Asian Apex / Sherwin Williams /Berger or any other approved equivalent make] as per manufacture specification to external surface (in different colours as required) at all levels and heights including all labour, scaffolding, cleaning of paint stains, filling cracks with putty, preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, all lead and lift, painting bands, in different colour/shade, maintaining covering quantity as per manufacture specification etc complete or as directed.

Anti-fungal exterior emulsion paint (Single coat): Providing and applying anti-fungal exterior emulsion paint in one finishing coats of approved make [such as Asian Apex / Sherwin Williams /Berger or any other approved equivalent make] as per manufacture specification to external surface at all levels and heights including all labour, scaffolding, cleaning of paint stains, filling cracks with putty, preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, all lead and lift, painting bands, in different colour/shade, maintaining covering quantity as per manufacture specification etc complete or as directed.

Supply and laying Mexican Green grass mat/ turf [Zoysia teunifolia] including: (i) Scrapping the area by removing 0.15meters depth of soil, and removing of unwanted plant, grass along with roots, disposing the scrapped earth including lead up to 25 KM, lift, loading, unloading etc complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge, (ii) Supply and laying of good quality of red earth/ soil for a depth of 0.15meters, including compaction complete as per the directions of Engineer- in-charge [Approval of the Engineer- in-charge shall be obtained for the quality of earth before procuring], (iii) Providing sand, FYM, red earth and mixing and laying in a proportion of 1:3:6 for a depth of 7.50 cms wherever required, (iv) Providing and spreading fertilisers such as Super Phosphate at 50gms/sqm; Neem-oil cake at 250gms/sqm; Bone meal at 250gms/sqm; Potash at 50gms/sqm; Furadan at 25gms/sqm; Ammonium Sulphate at 100gms/sqm; and Chlorpyriphos at 0.05ml/sqm. The lawn thus laid should be maintained for a minimum period of one year. The rate quoted should be inclusive of all labour, all materials, transportation, loading and unloading, maintenance charges- as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work. Maintenance work to be carried out during one years of maintenance (in addition to rectifications under defects liability of the contractor): Watering, mowing, manuring and other allied upkeep activities shall be done ensuring healthy conditions irrespective of seasons. For watering, sprinklers/ hoses available shall be provided. Any specific defects brought to the notice by the Engineer-in-charge shall be addressed.

Providing and laying white pebble dash, maximum 75mm sieve size with white cement on a ready surface, including cost of all material, labour, transportation etc complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.
