Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modifiedprefabricatedfive layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, blackfinished reinforced withnon-woven polyester matt consisting of acoat of bitumen primer for bitumenmembrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm bythe same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat thelayer ofmembrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all jointsetc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical andchemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Jointstrength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinaland transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not lessthan 150°C. Coldflexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM,D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through theauthorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : 3 mm thick

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means includingstacking ofsteel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within50 metres lead as perdirection of Engineer - in- charge.

Removing of Old Bitumen felt and clean the surface with wire brush etc and disposal of debris for all lead and lift all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape,raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the wallscomplete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, allcomplete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls,walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers,abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses,parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets,sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering,shuttering and finishing:1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from naturalsources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources)
