REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF FALSE CEILING, ROOF SHEET, WALL PANELING AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS B/R WORKS FOR VARIOUS BLDGS IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R-II UNDER GE (A) SURATGARH AT SURATGARH MIL STN

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid, bedded, jointed and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling existing false ceiling including fillet and ceiling board complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rolled mild steel in Roof trusses (framed as per IS 4923) (Fe 290 Grade E-165), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for steel work as in tubular trusses, purlins, post including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St.-240 including painted with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint including preparation of surface at contractor workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F MS screw bolt 11 to 15mm dia, of neck length of bolt exceeding 50mm long and not exceeding 100mm long machine made with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or serewed both ends, each screwed end fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F rolled mild steel in Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment etc conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E- 165), complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick AZ-150 of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws incl dismantling of old any type roof sheet complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick AZ-150 of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling old roof sheet any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
