Running maintenance and operation including providing manpower for 3 Nos. 6 passenger lifts and one number 10 passenger-cum-goods lift i/c rescue operation, attending faults, providing T&P and consumables as specified in specifications complete as required. NOTE: 1. Any alteration (addition/deletion) in the services listed above shall be as per site requirements. Nothing extra shall be paid or deducted on this account. The rates shall be quoted including GST. 2. The firm shall pay to the site-staff not less than the minimum labour wages prescribed for Delhi by the labour department, Govt. of India. 3. Monthly wages to the site-staff employed by the firm shall be credited by the firm directly in their bank-accounts for the month of services given by them latest by 7th day of the following calendar month and furnish the bank account details along with monthly statements to the department. 4. The firm shall timely make payment to ESIC and EPFO for the benefit of the site-staff employed by the firm. The ESIC cards and EPFO account details of such staff along with proof of timely contribution by the firm shall also be furnished by the firm to the department. 5. For every default, penalty shall be levied on the firm in addition to making good the damages caused by the firm. . If the firm fails, the department will do so at the risk and cost of the firm.
