Improvement Works by fixing Stainless Steel Letter and Aluminium Composited Panel ACP Sheet in Main Gate Entrance Arch at TTPS

Providing two legged scaffolding for works above 3m. heights (inner walls), using 13 to 15 cm. dia. casuarina props, the distance between the two rows being 1.25m. and the spacing of posts being 2m. in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5m. overlap on either side and braces at 2m. c/c including longitudinal & transverse middle braces to stepup and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40 mm. thick & 1m. width, etc. including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, safety measures, etc. complete.

Dismantling the existing worn out / corroded /damaged angle, channel & beam carefully without damaging the other existing steel structure as directed cutting to suitable size for easy transportation stacking & devoluting to stores. rate including for hire charges for cutting set, cost of oxygen and acetylene gases including devolution of stores with all labour, lead, lift, safety appliances, transporting etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing structural steel materials, such as angle of different size as instructed by Engineer at site, including cost of all material, lead, lift etc., complete.

Labour charges for strengthening the damaged MS angle and channels in the watch tower including cost of fabrication and erection charges, cutting and welding charges, cost of oxy acetylene gas and welding rods etc., complete.

Providing and fixing of Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) 4 sided having 50 x 25 x 1.50mm frame work vertical and horizontals out of specially designed extruded sections withstand wind pressure of 180 Kg/sq.m and fabricated fixed at all level elevation and heights. The extruded section cutting and fixing required space extruded section shall be of 6063 and alloy of BSH 9 confirming T is – 63400 rate shall included to fix the main frame with necessary clamps, fasteners, bolt nuts etc. The main frame of extruded section shall be of 22843 & 22739 (H9) grade conforming to BS 4174 (or) IS 8147. Rate shall included 4mm thick ACP sheet (0.25 + 3.5 + 0.25) alstrong or equivalent fixing with spacer tape and the ACP sheet bounded with special type structural sealant of dow corning 789 or equivalent in dust free conditions the gaps between ACP sheet to be filed with whether sealant and backer rod or 12mm foam sheet to ensure water and air tightness in all complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officer a) Vertical portion

b) Arch portion

Fixing the letter in the main gate arch with stainless steel letters of Size 13" saftey arrangements for labours, cleaning the existing painted area wall surfaces thoroughly etc complete. a) Emblem

Tamil Stainless Steel Letters

Painting on steel structures with one coat of protective coating of self priming Epoxy primer (DFT 100 + 10% microns) one coat of Epoxy MIO paint ( DFT 75 + 10% microns)and one coat of Epoxy HP coating ( DFT 100 + 5% microns) Apcothane Cf675 paint (DFT 35 + 10% microns) (Total 310 + 10% microns) using different shades after thorough scrapping with emery sheet with manual labour and as per the direction and satisfaction of the Engineer in charge, the rate including the cost of material, scaffolding, T & P, labour, lead, lift and necessary safety appliances etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing Led lights for letters, logo and flood light with UG Cable, DB Box, MCB etc complete as instructed by Engineer at site, including cost of all material, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Charges for loading and unloading of new E.R.W 150NB M.S. ERW / CI pipe line from Central stores to work spot.

Charges for erection 200mm dia M.S ERW pipe by cutting and welding etc.,

Supplying and fixing 6306 deep groove ball bearing including cost of labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Charges for erecting barricade in position using equipments with necessary alignment with proper arrangements etc complete including cost of all material, lead, lift etc., complete etc.
