M&L for Preparation of old surface and applying one coat of white washing on Ceiling. Note : Preparation including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, removing of nails, cracks making good holes by putty etc, spreading and removing coverings to doors, windows, floors fittings to protect them from splashes, washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, fittings, drops, splashes, leaving premise clean and tidy etc. complete all as specified

All as per serial item No.1 above but applying one coat of white washing on wall.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness to prepare the surface even and smooth.

M&L Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on new work

All as per serial item No.1 above but applying one coat of cement base paint on walls. NOTE: Painting work of the buildings upto height 15m and 1 over head tank to be done upto the height of 25m from floor level. Contractor shall quote the rate accordingly considering the suitable scaffolding/ladder. Rate for the provision of scaffolding deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

All as per serial item No.1 above but applying one coat of Plastic emulsion paint on walls.

Preparation of old painted surface of wood and wood based surface any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth including knotting and stopping and all preparation work required and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified.

All as per serial item No.9 above but applying one coat of Synthetic varnish.
