Supply and fixing MCCB incomer box, having door with locks , thickness of sheet CSRA 2 mm minimum, incluilding 160 A MCCB 4P 50kA ( Approved make : MK Honeywell / Legrand / Schindler ) MCCB 160 A, 36KA, settable, LSIG complete with spredder, hardwares, busbar etc as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm Each thick G.l. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required. Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq.mm

END TERMINATION: Supply and installation of End termination of cables with PVC glands, Copper crimping type lugs should be used for copper cables and Cu lugs with soldering and ferrules for the following 1.1kv class ./Cu. XLPE/PVC insulated using necessary crimping tool and all other accessories as required and Including the cost of all materials, lobour, Handling of Materials of equipment and machineries all lead lift, loading and unloading, transportation, if any other incidental charges at all level complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in charge. 1 Core x 70 Sqmm unarmoured flex copper Cable.

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, Ics=100% Icu and Operational Voltage 690V etc. as required. 160 A,36KA,FPMCCB. Works includes modification in existing panel incluiding bus link , terminations etc as complete.

Supplying and fixing TP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 16/25/32 A 415 V "C" curve TP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.
