Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish outside the University Campus. With cement mortar 1:4(1cement :4 coarse sand). Internal and External Plaster. All work upto floor V level.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (Steel or wood) shutter including chowkats, architecture, hold fasts etc. complete and stacking at site. (Area beyond 3.00 sqm).

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material outside university campus In cement mortar.

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand). Interior/Exterior. All work upto floor V level.

Brickwork with FPS Bricks of class designation 75 in foundation, plinth and in superstructure including cost of scaffolding, curing etc. complete. All work upto floor V level. In cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing and fixing powder coated 50 microns aluminum work (10 gauge) for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, metered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. For frames and shutter of door windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots, handles, tower bolts, eye hooks/window stays, including the cost of PVC/neoprene gasket 5mm glass panes/12mm laminated board on both sides, hydraulic door machine where ever required complete job as required. The Spacing of Vertical members not to exceed 4’-0” & section to be used is 104 mm x 44.45 mm

Providing steel thermo mechanically treated bars conforming to IS:45612000 reinforcement for all RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of steel reinforcement and binding with 18-20 gauge, soft drawn concealed steel binding wire complete as per specifications and drawings. All work upto floor V level.

P&L in position specified grade of RCC 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5/20mm nominal size) in foundation, and plinth including cost of centering, shuttering but excluding cost of reinforcement in:- Footings, Columns, Pillars, Posts & struts, Beams (straight or curved), suspended floors etc. All RCC work upto floor V level. Complete in all respects

Providing and fixing PVC Wall panelling (any pattern colour shade) of superior quality as approved by the Engineer-in-charge including cost of material, labour wastage etc. complete.

Providing Salwood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position including applying a coat of wood primer and then two or more coats with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

P/F Ist Quality Ceramic Glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 13755 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make (Johnson/Kajaria/Somany) and colour/shade as required of size 250mm x 375mm/300mm x 450mm as directed by the Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.30 kg/sqm. Nothing extra shall be paid on account of wastage. All work upto floor V level.

P/F of 35mm thick IInd class Deodar Wood glazed shutter for window/clerestory windows as per required drawing, design and specification with necessary M.S butt hinges with screws including providing and fixing of 4 mm thick glass panes of approved quality with necessary beading and sash bar including applying a coat of wood primer and then two or more coats with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac). All work upto floor V level.

Providing & fixing ISI marked flush door shutters non decorative type, core block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood & well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands & face veneers on both faces of shutters -35mm thick including ISI marked bright finished MS butt hinges with necessary screws including applying a coat of wood primer and then two or more coats with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac). All work upto floor V level.

Removing Dry / Oil bound Distemper by scrapping , sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repair to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacture over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with O.B. Distemper washable distemper of approved brand & manufacture to give an even shade new work (two or more coats) over & including priming coat with cement primer

Painting with Synthetic Enamel paint of approved brand and Manufacture to give an even shade one or more coats on old work (Wood / Steel /Plastered surface)

Finishing exterior wall with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint (Apex/ Excel) with silicone additives of required shade on new work (two or more coats) applied @ 1.67 litre/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/10sqm). All work upto floor V level.

Providing and fixing 50 micron (10 gauge) powder coated aluminum grill for windows, including labour, material, wastage etc. complete (Spacing of grill should not be less than 2"x 2")

Providing and fixing Anwing over door/windows openings with aluminum anodized frame work of 16 guage thickness with multi-coloured PVC cloth of superior quality (colour and quantity to be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge) including all required accessories.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In stringers, treads landings etc. of stair cases including use of chequered plate wherever required; all complete.

Providing and fixing hand rail by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing and staircase railing including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Providing and fixing of 5 mm thick polycarbonated sheet of superior quality with J or L Hooks including cost of material, labour etc. complete.

Providing and fixing of Ist Quality ceramic glazed floor tiles (Anti-skid) 400x400mm/300x300mm size conforming to IS 13755 (Kajaraia/Johnson/Somany) of any colour as required/approved by the Engineer-in-charge laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment complete. Nothing extra shall be paid for laying tiles where they are require to be cut. All works upto floor V level.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil in foundation trenches pits and bulk evacuation including stacking soil neatly away from the edges, filling back by the sides of foundations in plinth in 150mm thick layers, ramming, watering and consolidation complete including disposal of surplus earth outside the University Campus. Nothing extra shall be paid on account of lead/lift and disposal of earth outside the University Campus.

Providing and laying in positiion cement concrete of specified grade including cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level. 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

12 mm thick Cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand). All work upto floor V level.

Providing and fixing of G.I Chain Link Fabric fencing of required width in mesh 50x50mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers etc. as required complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I Wire of 4 mm dia.

Chequerred Precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath and courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). Medium shade using 50% white cement and 50% ordinary cement.

Providing and fixing M.S Grills of required pattern in frames of windows fixed with openings/wooden frame with rawl plug screws etc. including applying priming coat of steel primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Providing and fixing of joint cover (2nd Class Teakwood) of size 40mm wide and thickness of section 20 mm on wooden frame and 10 mm thickness towards wall side for doors & windows including applying priming coat of steel primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Making Plinth Protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Filling the gap in between aluminum frame and adjacent RCC/Brick work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per site requirements and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of Labour for different works. 2nd class carpenter
