Supply and erection of 7 metre height Hot-dip galvanized octagonal street light pole with following arm with top dia 70 mm and bottom dia A/F 155 mm, made of 3 mm thick sheet along with base plate of size 260 X 260 X 16 mm , small door opening for junction box mounting including 6A 'C' series SP MCB, connector, and suitable size foundation bolts with template as required.(but without pole foundation)

Providing and making of following sizes octagonal street light pole foundation in reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of specified size including PVC conduit, form work, curing, reinforcement, excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying and embedding following dia G.I /PVC pipe (medium class) in pole coller/foundaation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required.

Supplying and fixing following types LED street light with minimum efficacy 100 lm/w in die cast aluminium housing, toughened glass, IP 66 protection and complete with electronic driver etc on pole/building including connection earthing the body etc as required.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed PVC conduit as required.

Meter

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering watering pipe 2.7 metre long etc. with 2 no 25 KG chemical compound or, charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing etc. as required. (for street light pole)

Supply of following sizes and core PVC/XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed (heavy duty) armoured electrical power cable with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto 1.1 KV as required.

Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

Metre

Providing and fixing M.V. danger notice plate of 200 mm X 150 mm, made of mild steel at least 2 mm thick, vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 1.00 metres long G.t. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of fluorescent / HPMV/ HPSV/ LED street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following size/ modules, Gl box along with modular base and cover plate for modular switches in recess etc as required. 1 or 2 Module (75mm X 75mm)

Supply and fixing of fabricated feeder pillar of cubical construction, floorl mounted type, fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet, compartmentalised with hinged doors, dust and vermin proof, powder coated painting of approved shade after 7 tank treatment process, cable alley, internal wiring, earth terminals, Bus bar Chamber, insulator , with 40mm x 40mm x 5mm angle iron stand and complete in all respect etc and must be CPRI approved panel manufactures must be approved by CPRI. (But without RYB inicator, ammeter, voltmeter, inter-connection copper conductor cable/solid copper strip, switchgears etc.)

Supplying and fixing following rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive loads of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Providing and fixing following capacity busbar chamber with 4 strips of suitable size made of copper, heavy duty, complete with all accessories including connections, earthing the body etc. as required. 63A

Supptying and fixing following rating, 24Al4L5 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive loads of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required
