REPAIR/MAINT OF VARIOUS CAPACITY OF DG SETS AND VOLTAGE STABILIZERS, APFC PANEL, AMF PANEL AND ALLIED WORKS AT LEBONG UNDER AGE (I) DARJEELING

M&L for Maintenance of DG set of capacity 100 KVA and carrying out ‘B’ check and replacement of ‘B’ check kit filters such as Oil filter, by pass filter, fuel filter,CR element and CR plates complete with ‘O’ rings and draining of Engine oil and topping up with the new engine oil complete testing all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Engine oil shall be measured and paid separately (ii) Labour & transportation shall be arranged by contractor,quoted rate deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate. Make: KIRLOSKER/ CUMMINS / GREAVES COTTON/ASHOKE LAYLAND.

All as per serial item No. 01 but for DG Set of capacity 125 KVA.

All as per serial item No. 01 but for DG Set of capacity 160 KVA.

M&L for replacement of old unserviceable batteries of capacity 150 AH, 12V with new one including connecting to DG set complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of old unserviceable batteries of capacity 180 AH, 12V with new one including connecting to DG set complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Attending the breakdown of any capacity/make DG Sets, AMF Panels, by Technician & helper for checking and rectify the fault and give report to concern JE complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Spare Parts for rectify the fault is measured and paid seperately.

M&L for dismantling of exhaust pipe of the DG set of capacity 100 to 125 KVA by unscrewing nuts and bolts and taking down the pipe etc including cleaning the silencer and refixing the same in its original position complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for disconnecting all electrical connections from the unserviceable self starter of any make/ capacity model 24 volts and taking down the self starter and transporting to repair workshop for carrying out repairs, complete overhauling the system including replacing the carbon brushes etc & assembling and refixing the self starter in its original position, making all connection and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Supply only Armature coil, field coil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

Supply only Armature coil for self starter of any make, any capacity and any model of 24 Volts, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rewinding of field coil for self starter of 24 volts with fine enamelled copper conductor of same gauge with 'F' class insullation, size twins and weight with necessary insulating materials, guage of conductor suitable of any make, any capacity and any model, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
