Erecting and dismantling of tubular scaffolding including loading, unloading, lifting, carrying, transportation charges, with necessary safety measures etc. complete as directed by site incharge.

De-plastering the loose/dead bulged out fallen plaster of the wall of 40mm thick at a height of 20 to 35 metre including raking of masonry joints carefully, disposal of the waste away from the monument, etc. complete as directed by site incharge.

Re-plastering in lime mortar mixed with molasis & Kaddukai (1 lime: 1 River sand: 1 Surkhi) of 40mm thick at a height of 20 to 35 metre in two coats for the wall surface with the neeru finish by slaked lime including preparation of mortar, mixing, curing, etc complete as directed by site incharge.

Carefully removing the existing shabby paint by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing and applying white washing with lime to give an even shade for the wall surface etc complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing and applying synthetic enamel painting in two coats (for Iron work like Railing, Grill ) over a coat of primer including scraping the surface, preparing the surface, all charges, etc. complete as directed by site incharge.

Cleaning of moss, and other biological growths on approach pathway kerbs including scraping, cleaning, disposing materials away from monument premises etc. complete as directed by site incharge.

Pointing the joints of the laterite stone masonry in lime mortar (1:1:1) including preparing lime mortar, mixing, carrying materials, curing, etc. complete as directed by site incharge.

Cleaning the choked drains filled up with soil including removing drain covers, cleaning, refixing the drain covers with cement mortar (1:4), disposing the unwanted material/ debris away from monument premises/ site etc complete as directed by site incharge.

Dismantling the rotten/damaged wooden members carefully without damaging the structure and stacking the same to a lead of 500 mtr. etc complete as directed by site incharge.

Repairing and re-fixing the wooden ceiling by replacing the wooden members such as matti wooden beams of size 0.12 x 0.10m, matti wooden planks 1 ½” thick in CC by maintaining uniform level, and making new beam as per required size, shape and design including cutting, sizing, fixing, mending, plastering at side of wall, all charges, etc. complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing and applying wood preservative (anti-termite) of approved brand in two coats for entire wooden members for beams and ceiling including cleaning & preparing surface, etc. complete as directed by site incharge.

Dismantling the existing transparent sheet including removing, stacking the useful material and disposing the unwanted material away from monument premises etc. complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing transparent sheet 10mm thick of approved brand on purlins and fixing necessary steel j-hooks, overlapping sheet 30cm in each row including cutting fixing in position etc. complete as directed by site incharge.

Dismantling the existing door frame/choukat and shutter carefully without damaging the structure of the light house including removing, stacking the useful material and disposing the unwanted material away from monument premises etc. complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing and fixing new teak wood door shutter along with the matti wood frame/choukat of size: 4”x 2½” and of 1.5” thick shutter including necessary fixtures like steel hinges 5”, steel handles 5”, steel tower bolts 6”, aldrop 8” or 10”, MS holdfasts 8” for the choukat/frame in CC, cost of all materials and labour charges, etc complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing and fixing door by using GI angle frame of size 25x25x5mm and also diagonally with MS flat patti 40 x 5 mm at middle support and fixing the door in position, providing GI sheet for the door frame, fixing pipe bush hinges 2”, tower bolt, plates, aldrop for locking arrangement including cutting, welding, preparing the door frames to the required size and fixing the same, etc. complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing and applying wood preservative (anti-termite) of approved brand in two coats for doors and choukat/frame including cleaning & preparing surface, etc. complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing and applying synthetic enamel paint in three coats (for wood work like Doors and Windows) over a coat of primer for the both sides of the doors and choukat/frame including all charges, etc. complete as directed by site incharge.
