Taking down carefully aluminium/copper point wiring on batten or in PVC conduit or in MS conduit with GI earth wire etc (for light, fan, socket or power ) complete, including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, Floors, ceilings etc.

Taking down carefully existing wooden board, Main switch, MCB DB boxes with MCBs, sheet metal boxes, cut out, etc of any size any capacity from boards complete and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls.

Taking down carefully sub main wiring of size including batten and making good disturbed surface of wall.

M&L for complete wiring with cable of size 1.5 sqmm single core copper multistrand conductor including continuous earth wire, using cable FRLS insulated(unsheathed) 1100 volts grade conforming to Is-694 drawn in to and including concealed pvc rigid conduit medium duty with all fittings and fixing accessories ISI certified IS 9537 part -3 and terminated in to pressed steel metal flush boxes suitable for modular accessories and including modular cover plates with frame for mounting switches, socket regulator, brackets etc and including necessary cement work complete all as directed by the Engr in charge including cutting chases pinning in making good to facing and pointing in cement mortar 1;3 to the ends or cutting chases for concealed conduit point wiring and making good disturbed surface complete. Cutting not exc 4cm girth and 4cm width. for followings:-

One light point controlled by one, one way switch

One fan point controlled by one, one way switch and regulator.

One 3 pin socket out let 5 amps independent

One 5 pin 5 amps socket point in same board with other switches.

One buzzer point controlled by ,one bell push button on the same board.

Taking down and overhauling of ceiling fan of any make and sweep after opening and cleaning rotor bearing and bus bar properly and oiling /greasing of bearing /bushes, reassembling the same, fixing and connecting its existing position and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note for sl item Nos 35 to 39: Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for painting of ceiling fans of any size and any sweep / make with two coats of first grade quality of white synthetic enamelled paint by spraying including preparation of old painted surface to remove all dust, oil mark etc and filling cavities with filler materials, before painting and writing MES No complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down exhaust fan of any size and type and cleaning / servicing and overhauling the same, refixing the same on its existing position and connection up complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately.
