(iv) In addition to the above, the contractor shall arrange and maintain all necessary T&P required for execution of the work, such as die sets (1/2" to 1") washers of all sizes, safeda, thread(soot) , M-seal, screws, nails, plugs, grease, putty, welding rods, portable welding machine, drilling machine with bits and the like, including necessary form work, scaffolding and safety measures complete to make the system functional and leak proof including necessary safety measures, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (v) The cost of all the above arrangements, obligations, T&P, consumables, labour, safety measures, and incidental requirements shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of the respective items and no extra payment whatsoever shall be admissible on this account.

S&F in repairs Chromium plated Pillar tap cast copper alloy with capstan heads fency type screwed down high pressure screwed to 15 mm bore iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs chromium plated Stop valve/angle valves (fancy type) cast copper alloy, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs chromium plated brass overhead shower rose 75mm dia with arm 255mm with flange with swivel joints, any size, including fixing to steel pipe or union for 15mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, brass CP towel rail 60 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs PVC connection 15 mm dia 45 cm long with 2 Nos brass check nuts with washer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel sheet 1.00 mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs , washers and wastes including bnedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantileter brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mmx460mm bowl size 410mmx330mmx160mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 32 to 40 mm dia PVC waste pipe for WHB & sink, 60 cm long with union complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs CP grating 127 mm dia with/without hole round, fixed on floor/nahani trap, fixed with cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.
