Supply, erection and commissioning of 60 Cs. VT Axial/mixed flow Pump of 760 RPM suitable for 325 HP motor, having static lift 29.00 ft, with epoxy coating incl. welding, HS nut-bolts etc. complete in all respect as per site requirement and compatible with existing delivery pipe and as per approved specification of the IWRD Hry. deptt. (as per Annexure-A)

Supply, erection and commissioning of hollow shaft squirrel cage LT 3 phase 415V induction Motor for continuous duty, vertical flange mounted of 60 HP of 4 pole, 1440 rpm, TEFC Motor of IE 2 as per IS 12615 and the color shade shall be RAL 7031 suitable for 10 Cs pump complete in all respect & as per approved specifications of the IWRD Hry. deptt. (as per Annexure-B).

Supply, erection and commissioning of fully automatic ATS Starter of 350 H.P. capacity with MCCB 800 Amp., 3 Pole, contactors of 730A / 450A / 300A for main transformer / start, interlinking through bus bars of suitable size complete in all respect, with degree of protection IP 54 complete with small item like first filling of oil in ATS, thimble, Nut Bolts Lugs etc. with a stand of MS Angle (50x50x6mm) of 1 feet height from floor level and with allied accessories as per makes and specifications approved by Irrigation & Water Resources Department, Haryana (as per Annexure-C).

Providing and fixing of foundation for 03 nos. 60Cs. VT Pump by making required size/length at site from ISMB of size 450X150mm-approximate 3600 mm length- 02nos (01 Set for each pump foundation). 02Nos. Shall be grouted into the wall by making arrangement of PCC (1:1.5:3) as per the weight of pump while other ends should be welded with fixing if A.I.L. Bracket and Nut/ Bolts/ Washers to existing ISMB including material and labour for applying primer and 02 coats of epoxy paint on the complete foundation and labour charges for taking out old rusted foundation (P-4,5&6 of Dewana Canal) Make – Tata/ Sail/ Vizag.

C&S, Havells, BCH, Legrand, AE & PSG(upto 30HP). Terms & Conditions:- 1. The tender rate will be inclusive all taxes as applicable including GST. 2. The tender rate will be for F.O.R. destination and inclusive of all incidental charges, enroute & at destination. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. 3. WWC@1% will be deducted from the each bill of the agency. 4. Department will not be responsible for non submission of BOQ / Bid Document online by due date, due to any fault of internet/ E-tendering. 5. Third Party Testing by T.P.I.A. will be carried out in the presence of departmental representative at the manufacturer premises and cost of the same will be borne by the successful agency. 6. The warranty of the work shall be as per Service Level agreement from the date of commissioning. 7. Time period for completion of work 6 Months from the issue date of order to proceed with the work. 8. Payment schedule, as per bidding documents & 70% payment be made as per pro-rata basis. 9. Payment shall be made on finished goods and not on casting only. 10. The material will be supplied as per drawing and newly approved technical specifications laid down in tender documents & subsequent submission by bidder in this regard. 11. Authorization from OEM (Pump, Motor) be attached if tenderer is not a manufacturer. 12. Each page of bid book will be signed by the tenderer as a token of acceptance of terms and conditions. 13. Bidders may visit to the sites before quoting the tender rates. 14. Bidders should have executed similar nature work in any Center Government / State Government/ Public Sector Undertaking / Central Autonomous Body for minimum value equivalent to 50 % of quoted value in last 3 years alongwith existing criteria as per bid i.e. bidder should have completed at least 25% of quantity of similar nature work. 15. ln case, the material offered for inspection by the firm fails to meet the specifications stipulated in NIT/order/Contract and the samples are rejected by the Inspecting Committee, the Department will have the right to levy a penalty at 0.1% of the total value of that particular item. 16. Bidders who will be rejected during technical scrutiny, will submit their representation within 5 days from issue of minutes of TSC. 17. Affidavit on Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/- duly certified by the Notary stating that the firm (name of the firm) has not been blacklisted/ debarred either in Government Departments/ Agencies in state of Haryana or Central Government Departments/ Agencies etc. as on the date of submission of the bid in the present tender. 18. Bidders should have average annual financial turnover of atleast 30% of estimated amount during the last 03 financial years, ending 31st March of previous financial year. This should be duly audited by Chartered Accountant. 19. Concession is given to Haryana based MSME’s, KVIU, Central or HPSE (as declared by industries Department Haryana) as in tender fee, EMD, Past Experience and eligibility criteria for turnover. Though they have to complete the job as per tender with warranty of 5 years or 12500 Hours which ever is earlier as per service level agreement. Only those MSME, KVIU, Central or HPSE(as declared by industries Department Haryana) will be eligible for this tender, those are authorized dealer or manufacturer of approved make of IWRD.
