Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil in foundation trenches pits and bulk evacuation including stacking soil neatly away from the edges, filling back by the sides of foundations in plinth in 150mm thick layers, ramming, watering and consolidation complete including disposal of surplus earth outside the University Campus. Nothing extra shall be paid on account of lead/lift and disposal of earth outside the University Campus.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 grade crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal sizes) in foundation and under flooring including machine mixing, finishing, consolidation, curing and form work complete.

P&L in position RCC 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5/20mm nominal size) in foundation, plinth including centering, shuttering (Formwork)but excluding cost of reinforcement. All work upto floor V level.

Providing and laying in positon cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement:3 Coarse Sand : 6 Graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size crushed stone aggregate) including cost of centering, shuttering (Formwork). All work upto plinth level.

Brick work with 2nd class bricks of class designation 75 in foundation, plinth and in superstructure in cement mortar 1:4(1 cement: 4 coarse sand). All work upto floor V level.

Providing and Laying DPC 50 mm thick 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement :2 Coarse Sand :4 Graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size crusher aggregate) including cost of formwork complete.

Applying a coat of residual petroleum btimen of grade VG-10 of approved quality using 1.7 kg per square meter on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finaly with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil.

Providing steel thermo mechanically treated bars conforming to IS:45612000 reinforcement for all RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete including cost of steel reinforcement and binding with 18-20 gauge, soft drawn concealed steel binding wire complete. All work upto floor V level. (Make Tata Tiscon / Rashtriya Ispat/SAIL)

Brick work with 2nd class bricks of class designation 75 in foundation, plinth and in superstructure in cement mortar 1:6(1 cement: 6 coarse sand). All work upto floor V level.

Half brick masonry with 2nd class bricks of class designation 75 in foundation, plinth and in superstructure in cement mortar1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). All work upto floor V level.

Providing and fixing of Ist Quality ceramic glazed floor tiles (Anti-skid) 400x400mm/300x300mm size conforming to IS 13755 (Kajaraia/Orient/Somany) of any colour as required/approved by the Engineer-in-charge laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) including pointing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade. Nothing extra shall be paid for laying tiles where they are require to be cut. All works upto floor V level.

P&F 1st quality Ceramic glazed wall tiles 250x400mm/300x450mm/300x600mm Conforming to IS: 13755 of min. thickness 5mm of approved make (Kajaria/ORIENT/Somany) and colour / shades as required in skirting, risers of steps and Dados over 12mm thick bed of C: M 1:3 & jointing with Grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including finishing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete. Nothing extra on account of wastage shall be paid. All works upto floor V level.

Providing and laying 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) under flooring laid to required slope including necessary consolidation, finishing and tamping complete.

Kota stone slab flooring, skirting, riser of steps, dado and pillars 20 to 25 mm (average) thick laid over a base of 20mm/12mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) fixed with grey cement slurry, finishing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade including edge moulding/nosing, rubbing, and granite polishing to give high gloss finish complete. Nothing extra on account of wastage shall be paid. All work upto Floor V level.

Providing and laying Udaipur Green Marble stone Flooring / skirting with 16mm (average) thick laid over 20mm average thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (mix) (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry joints finished with synthetic grout mixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, edge moulding, granite polishing to give high gloss finish complete upto all floors levels & height as per drawings. Nothing extra shall be paid on account of wastage. All work upto floor V level.

Providing and fixing 15 to 18mm thick (Black Granite Stone) mirror polished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) with Grey cement slurry and joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including edge moulding and rubbing, granite polishing, curing etc. complete. All work upto floor V level.

Making plinth protection with 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 crusher stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid over 75 min bed of dry brick aggregate 40mm nominal size, rammed, consolidated and grouted with fine sand including making groves as required, necessary formwork, curing etc complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections, including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and then (two or more coats) with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, stair case railings, brackets, gates, trusses, frame work and similar works. All works upto height of floor V level.

Providing and fixing MS grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M. S flats , square or round bars etc. all complete ( fixed to openings/wooden frames with rawl plugs, screws etc.) including applying a priming coat of steel primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. Providing and laying APP (make Texsa / sika /Pidlite ) modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thick water proofing membrane, black finishing reinforced with non - woven polyester mat consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 ltr /Sqm. by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25 degree C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/ ltr. and viscosity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of membrane shall be: joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 650/450N/5cm.Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C. cold flexibility shall be upto - 2 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorized applicator of the manufacturer of membrane.

100 mm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roof laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25 mm thick mud mortar with bhusa at 35 kg per cum. of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1 ( 1 clay : 1 cowdung) and covered with flat tile bricks of class designation 100 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finished neat.

Providing angular fillets 75cm x 75 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand : 4 crushed aggregate 20 mm nominal size). Incl. finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) as per standard design in 75cm x 75 cm deep chase.
