M&L Walling of Random rubble uncoursed well bonded bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) for retaining wall and drain wall complete all as specified.

All as item No 02 above but except stone and Removing mortar and cleaning stones, obtained from masonry of any description (except ashlar facings and dressed stone work) and stone setts from pavings; stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L flush pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed ro brought upto courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with Fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C1(Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in coping including necessary form work all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone masonry walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water including removal of rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 10mm in CM 1:4 on external wall brick work or concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type including line wires of strandards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wires complete all as specified.

Fixing only in repairs chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified.

Dismantling of posts or struts of wood, steel or R.C.C. of any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in post hole each n exc 0.5cum getting out in hard/dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified..

M&L for Plain Cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone agg) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing average cross sectional area exceeding 100 sq cm and not exceeding 250 sq cm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed rounded or mitred tops all as specified.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F for 10mm dia mild steel round bar (ISRO 10) for fencing incl necessary cutting bending etc. Conforming to Fe 410W(Gde-E250) quality complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

S&F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts 11 to 15 dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc. 5 cm but n exc. 10 cm long.

S&F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, incl securing or tying at crossing with and provn of Galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, including taking down complete all as specified.

M&L for restraining and resecuring of gavanised 2 strand steel barbed wire including making good staples etc

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and all disposed to MD land as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description n exc 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise describe.
