REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF MISC E/M SERVICE AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS AT APP NURANG, TAWANG AND KITPI / KHIRMU AREA UNDER GE 859 EWS

M&L for carrying out 'B' check comprising replacement of fuel filters,oil filters,air filter element,changing lubricating oil,cleaning of fuel lines,checking leakges if any repair the leakge ,Checking and repair of complete exhaust system/fan ,gasket etc,top up/replacement of coolent complete of DG set capacity 1010 KVA all as spoecified and directed. Note : 'B' Check has been carried out in every quater basis.

All as per above item No -1 here-in-before but DG Set of capacity 62.5 KVA.

S&F in repair AVR with functions to adjust generator output voltage ,prevent voltage hunting,set under frequency,roll of knee point,set generator drop to 5% at full load,match AVR input to necessary output,set the over excitation cut off level ,set initial frequency ,related voltage dip,over voltage protection cut off level,max short circuit current with sensing input voltage range 170 - 250 V AC max,50-60 Hz frequency with out put max up to 120 V DC,countinious current 2.7 A & transient 6 A for 10 second including necessary control wiring complete from alternator to AVR complete testing & commissioning for DG set of capacity 1010 KVA all as specified and directed by Engr in charge
