Taking up or down MS pipes and connections including hydrant post and valve cleaning, cutting out damaged/wornout ends etc. and setting at site for refixing of serviceable pipe etc for the following bore :-

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out of any type of soil for laying of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in , excavated soil including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exc 25cms each any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the excavated materials not exc 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the staring point all as directed.

Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing, ISI marked, heavy grade , class C, MS pipe of dia 200 mm, conforming to IS: 3589-2001, including fittings such as coupling, bends, elbow and tee screwed/flanged joints, nuts&bolts, rubber gasket , fixed on wall,floor or on pillar with clamps, brackets, all as directed and including applying 2 coats of sysnthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc dichromate primer, completed including testing all as specified and directed. Note: MS clamp shall be paid seperatly in item No 17 here in after. Note: Pipe should be joined through run welding to be carried out by experienced welder.

Supplying and fix flanged yard hydrant/Stand post of 80mm dia MS pipe C-class with double end flanged type 1.5 m height including bend of required degree, nut, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 63mm dia 15mtr long hose canvas non percolating type conforming to IS 636 complete with male and female coupling conforming to IS-903 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, fire hose cabinet box of size as per requirement but not less than 800X600X250 mm, out door type Made out from 16 Gauge MS sheet duly painted with 2 coats of red colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer with double leafed glazed shutters (glaged with 4mm thick glass) suitable for housing of 2 length of canvas hose, branch pipe, fire hose and nozzle, fire man axe, first aid hose and single outlet landing valve,including free standing stand made of of MS angle of size 40 mm X 40mm X 5 mm and including pcc foundation of required size but not less than 0.45 mtr height above ground level complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing, Gun Metal , single outlet type fire hydrant landing valve, type B ISI marked of size 63mm dia complete with brass spindle cast iron wheel, and instantaneous coupling ISI marked, confirming to IS 5290 hydrostatic test pressure 23 kg/cm2, minimum operating pressure 7kg/cm2 Make New Age/Essel/Swati.

S&F sluice valve 200 mm bore, cast iron body, flanged drilled end, conforming to IS-14846, ISI marked, class PN 1.6 including all joints with rubber gaskets, bolts and nuts, washers, iron wheel including taking up / down old unserviceable valves from any position and any addition / alteration for fixing required complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of MS pipe including dismantling of existing PCC block complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for fabricate supply and fix MS flat clamps made out MSFI of size 40 x 6 mm(confirming to Fe 290 Gde-165 ) including drilling hole, nut, bolts of size not less than 12 mm dia and 70mm long with washer and made to shape of required pipe size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for relaying/fixing old serviceable ERW pipes obtained item no-01 down including cutting/Welding and fixing and including new fitting compete of 100 mm bore all as specified and directed

All as per item No 18.00 above but 150mm bore

All as per item No 18.00 above but 200mm bore

M&L for cutting existing road/hard standing not exc 45 x 80 cm in wide & depth getting out excavated material for laying MS pipe of any size, returning filling & well ramming watering finish surface 10 cm and provided of PCC 1:3:6 for repairing, including removal of surplus soil all as directed

M & L for refixing of fire hydrant landing valve type A (single head outlet) of 63 mm dia with rubber gasket, nut,bolt etc complete all as specified and directed
