Supplying and filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered & rammed with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials labour required for the work as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including royalty of materials

Providing Cement Concrete (1:4:8) in foundation with 4cm nominal size of hand broken hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, and laying in postition in layers not exceeding 150mm. thick with proper packing and ramming to proper slope and level including watering, curing with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes, labour, T&P and all other materials required for the work, finishing the exposed surface smooth, providing grooves and beads where ever necessary etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Fly ash brick work in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing brick for six hours in water before use in foundation with good quality of fly ash. brick of 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having compressive strength not less than 35Kg. Per Sqcm. Including splays cutting, circular moulding and similar such type of work with necessary projections chamfering curbelling including watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royality taxes of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

2.5cm Damp proof course with CC (1:2:4 ) using 12mm size chips including 1% cess etc. complete.

16 mm thick cement plaster(1:6) over brick massonary finished smooth, after racking out the joints including watering, and curing with cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials, and cost of all labour and T & P required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Priming one coat with any approved primer over new plaster surface including cost of cement with all cost, conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work including 1 % CESS etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Weather coat two coats including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials all labour and T & P required for the work etc complete including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying fitting & fixing of MS doors, windows, grill & grill gate including cost conveyance and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour,T&P required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.
