OUT SOURCING SERVICES FOR OPERATION OF AC PLANTS AND COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF AC PLANTS AND COLD STORAGE WITH DEHUMIDIFIERS AT AF STN CARNICOBAR

Out sourcing services for operation of Package type AC plant of Capacity 3x5.5 TR(One No as standby) and 3 X 22.7TR (One No as standby) at AF Station Carnicobar including air cooled condenser and electric panel with 02 Nos of Ref Mech ( One No per each shift of 02 shift per day of 8 Hrs per shift (09:00 to 17:00 Hrs) to maintain the design condition ( Temperature & humidity) all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Note:- (i) If the Gas is leaked out from the system due to maintenance fault of the operation,the same shall be re-filled by the Contractor without any extra cost to the department . (ii) The operator has to carry out the leakage test of the system every day and recorded in Log book and if any leakage found,the same shall be attend immediately and ensure that no gas loss from the system.The cost of outer gasket filling required for rectification of the leakage in the system shall be deemed to included in the unit rate quoted in Schedule'A'item No 1 above.

(iii) The Contractor shall employ one operator for each shift i.e two shift in a day. (iv) The rate quoted shall deemed to be included for fixing charges for any stores required for smooth functioning of the plant. The stores rquired shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Material and Labour for comprehensive and preventive maintenance of under mentioned Air cooled package type AC plant for through qualified technician as per manufacture's instruction or authenticated by Blue Star all as specified and directed. (a) Package type split AC 3 X5.5 Ton (02 Running +01 Standby) Make: Blue Star

Note:- (i) The complete periodical maintenance of Package type Split AC 5.5 ton to be carried out during the contract period with 1 technician having minimum 5 years experience in maintenance of Package type Split AC upto 7.5 ton. (ii) All consumable / Spares required for Package type AC plant will be supplied under Sch'A' Part-IVexcept cotton waste, grease and any minor parts to ensure smooth operation (iii) Any minor repair occurred to be cleared within 24 hrs and major repair will be cleared within one week.

(iv) At any given time during contract period 3x5.5 ton Package type AC plants should be kept serviceable exept during maintenance period and major repair. (v) Service technician deployed to carry out periodical maintenance in Package type AC plant should brought out any major spare parts required for replacement before one month through inspection note. (vi) The maintenance work should be carried out through qualified technicians as and when required and the cost of transportation, boarding and messing be included in the quoted rates.

Material and labour for comprehensive and preventive maintenance of under mentioned cold storage unit of size (2.8x2.8x2.6m) 40 Kg/Cum 0 degree to 4 degree centigrade -02 Nos and de-humidifier 1700 watt-02 Nos through qualified technician as per manufacture's instruction or authenticated by blue star all as specified and directed.

Notes:- (i) The complete periodical maintenance of cold storage & De-humidifiers to be carried out during the contract period with one technician having minimum 5 years experience in maintenance of cold storage & De-Humidifiers. (ii) All consumable store required for cold storage & De-Humidifiers will be supplied through Schedule'A'Part-IV supply only items and the rate quoting includes fixing of consumables. (iii) Any minor repairs occurred to be cleared within 24 hours and major repair will be cleared within one week.

(iv) At any given time during contract period cold storage & DE-Humidifiers should be kept serviceable except during maintenance period and major repair. (v) Service technician deployed to carryout periodical maintenance in Package type AC plant should brought out any major spare parts required for replacement before one month through inspection note. (vi) The maintenance work should be carried out through qualified technicians as and when required and the cost of transportation,boarding and messing be included in the quoted rates.

(ii) All consumable / Spares required for Package type AC plant will be supplied under Sch'A' Part-IVexcept cotton waste, grease and any minor parts to ensure smooth operation (iii) Any minor repair occurred to be cleared within 24 hrs and major repair will be cleared within one week.

(iv) At any given time during contract period 3x15 ton Package type AC plants should be kept serviceable exept during maintenance period and major repair. (v) Service technician deployed to carry out periodical maintenance in Package type AC plant should brought out any major spare parts required for replacement before one month through inspection note. (vi) The maintenance work should be carried out through qualified technicians as and when required and the cost of transportation, boarding and messing be included in the quoted rates.
