Consultancy services for evaluation, design and preparation of Arch and structural drgs are as follows: Consultancy services for structural Evaluation of Existing structure and feasibility of new structure with the existing structure. Assessment of layout of Existing Fdn, planning and Layout of New Fdn as per Existing Guidelines i.e. NBC-2016 and relevant IS codes. Consultancy services for preparation of Arch design based on plan enclosed and detailed drawing in adherence to the provisions of zonal specification 2018, NBC-2016, IS codes, Scale of Accommodation for Defence Services-2022 and other standard architectural and Engineering practices/norms as per the terms and conditions enclosed as Appx 'A&'B'. Consultancy services for complete Structural design for new project incorporating with all the input parameters as per arch drgs, IS codes etc. for analysis & results. Structural drawings shall be prepared incorporating the geometry in accordance with arch drawings for schedule of reinforcement for all elements and section details wherever necessary. Final submission of all the structural drawings duly supported by relevant design data (STAAD File) in all size in hard & soft copy for all the category of building in desired configuration as per general parameter as per Appx 'A'. The parameter shall be confirmed with IS. Proof checking & Vetting:- Vetting and submission of all structural drawings as per latest Indian standard codes & practice in one set of tracing, should be vetted from IIT/NIT and finally approved by Acception Officer. Note: The firm of consultant should be enlisted and approved by E-in-C branch. BOQ tender preparation and 3D Modelling:- Consultancy services for providing detailed estimate (BOQ) for the bldg/structure of all the bldgs covered in Adm Approval of subject job and abstract, detailed market rate analysis of each bldg incl taking of quantity and abstract priced on SSR 2020 for each bldg complete as per requirement given below:- (a) Quantity of each size of reinforcement shall be given. (b) The method of measurement estimating detailed quantity shall be laid down in preambles as other provns in MES, SSR Part-I 2009 and SSR part -II 2020 and relevant part of IS 1200 latest. (c) Abstract of bill of quantities (detail quantities shall be prepared based on SSR-2020 (Part-II) (Rates) if certain items are not available in MES SSR-2020 then market rates duly supported with price list shall be taken for working out the rates with minimum three equivalent makes of items along with rate analysis. (d) The consultant shall be required to carry out detailed estimate, abstract and market analysis by using various formulas in MS Excel software. Plan and specification to be taken from AGE B/R-I for Estimation. (e) The consultant shall submit two hard copies of the estimate and abstract alongwith soft copy in MS Excel format in CD. (f) The detailed estimate shall require to be checked by CWE Bhopal by detailing a rep to this office before submitting final hard copies. (g) For market rate analyse labour wages whichever is higher of the following shall be considered for the area where work is to be executed: - (i) Prevailing Local Labour wages at concern area (ii) Latest minimum labour wages circulated by the Government (iii) Latest Minimum labour wages circulated by Chief Labour Commissioner (Central), Ministry of Labour & Employment, GOI.

Earth work in soft disintegrated rock excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for M-25 Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) (20 mm graded aggregate) Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
