1. CONSTRUCTION OF PDS BUILDING IN SOMPATTU PANCHAYAT IN MINJUR PANCHAYAT UNION UNDER MLACDS /2025 - 2026/ RD/TVLR/MJR01

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out of water etc.,

Supplying and Filling foundation and basement with filling M.sand in layers not more than 15cm . Thick well rammed, watered and compacted Complete complying with standard specification.

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcemeat and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls , sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with Kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications

Brick work in CM 1:5mix using country bricks ground molded of size 23 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffits including necessary supports & strutting up to 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casuarinas props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished SHAHABAD stone slabs of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm with machine cut edges and matching marble slab not less than 100mm width other than Adanga Marbles as border laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3.

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2 20mm thick and pointing with white cement 0.4kg/sqm mixed with colouring pigment to suit the colour of the tiles including finishing the joint neatly complying with std specification

Plastering with CM 1:5,12mm thick. over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 mix 10 mm thick inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for curing etc

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete

Paving the Top of roof with Solar reflective ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.Sand) 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout (Nitotile Grout or equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Distempering two coats with best approved oil bound distemper including cost of painting priming coat over new plastered surface and conveyance of all materials to site and all labor charges

Interior / Exterior Emulsion Two coats over priming coat including cost and conveyance of all materials and labor charges etc complete.

Painting two coats over new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with best approved best quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved color over the existing priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fabrication of the following steel doors , windows & Rolling Shutter including cost and conveyance and all charges etc complete.

ELECTRICAL ARRANGEMENTS :

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A FT switch and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light / fan Point (for electronic regulator) (5 points per coil)

Supply and fixing of 4'-18W LED tube with fitting inclusive of all charges

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick hylem sheet cover for 5A 3 pin non inter locking wall socket with 5A flush type switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point

Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48") sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with 1 metre down rod with fan clamp with side plates and cross arm of size 450mm (18")

Supply and fixing of WT bulk head fitting with guard suitable for 11W CFL lamp with CFL

Supply and Run of 2 of 2.5 sq.mm (36/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100 V grade on 7/20 GI wire for service connection mains

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 32A single phase service connection with 32A fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mm x 300mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit

Supply and run of 2 of 4 sq.mm. (56 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI pipe (Class 'B') suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end supports for mains

Supply and fixing of 16A DP switch of 500V with matal clad with fuse and neutral (side handle) on suitable TW board with earth connection only

Supply and fixing of 3 Nos. 5A (3 pin and 2 pin) combined flush type wall socket with control switches concealed in suitable TW box covered with hylem sheet in flush with wall with earth connection (for computer plug socket)

Supply and fixing of 5A 3 pin and 2 pin combined flush type wall socket with 5A flush type switch concealed in suitable MS box in flush with wall

Earthing as per PWD standard with an earth electrode of 2 metre Class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 32mm complete with necessary masonry work
