Excavating in trenches, in soft/loose soil n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Boring holes of 2m deep in soil for 350mm diameter of under-reamed piles and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance of not exceeding 50 metres, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2.00 above but for each additional meter of depth of 350mm diameter of under-reamed piles, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soft/loose soil) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement concrete of Type B-1, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete of type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors & pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) (unreinforced) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L M-25 Ready Mix Concrete (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : (i) All RCC works including piles shall be M-25 design Mix. (ii) Reinforcement steel shall be corrosion resistant steel (CRS) TMT bars of grade Fe 550D. (iii) Cost shall deemed to be included for carrying out non-destructive integrity test for 100% of the total number of piles as per IS:14893-2001 & the test shall be done by IIT/ Government Engineering College in the presence of Engr-in-Charge, Contractor and the test results shall be vetted by the same authorities. Cost of testing shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.]

M&L carrying out intitial load tests on test piles as per standard procedure laid down in IS 2911 (Part IV) 2013 by static load test method including compressive srength, including construction of test cap, dismantling the cap after the test and clearing the site and maintaining complete records of load settlements etc as specified and directed by GE and submission of reports duly signed by all concerned for a test load of 56 tons in non working area in the vicinity, including the cost of new piles for 350mm dia of same specification of routine pipe with specification complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 9.00 here in before but carrying out intitial load tests on working piles as per standard procedure laid down in IS 2911 (Part IV) 2013 by static load test method for a test load of 34 tons of working piles with specification complete all as specified and directed.

M&L M-25 Ready Mix Concrete Design Mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels, columns, pillars piers, posts and struts, slabs upto 5th floor level, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (cement concrete is reinforced, reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Chipping of latience concrete in piles, above cut off level upto a depth of 0.6m from cut off level and disposed to distance of exc 5Km but n. exc 10 Km and depositing where directed shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.]

M&L brickwork with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of old unserviceable brickwork, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for fair finished surface of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for fair finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick Rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with 1:4 cement plaster mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed. [Note : WPC will be measured & paid separately]

M&L two coats cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer, on newly plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work for Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel') including dismantling of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel work for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including dismantling of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing using hot dip technology chain electrogalvanized coating as per IS : 278-2009 (minimum weight per metre shall be 100 gms) and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed (each line wire to be measured) including dismantling old unserviceabe barbed wire, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 750mm concertina coil, super razor punched barb tape (SRBT) aluminium base helix coil with and including necessary GI fixing clips for securing complete all as specified and directed with following specifications: - (a) Dia of coil (when unstretched) : 750 mm (6 metre openable length of each coil) (b) No of rounds: 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length (c) Weight of each coil with hessian pack - 10 Kg (+0.5) (d) Central Core wire : Made from wire 2.5 mm (+0.05) dia GI high tensile stainless steel wire as per IS-4454 galvanized as per IS : 2629 (e) 8 spirals per Running Meter (f) Razor Punched Strip: Steel comprising of Aluminium base with Zinc Alloy of 165gm/sq mm conforming to ASTM A-792/A-792M with additional primer treatment of Epoxy/ Polyurethene & Final Paint Top coat of approved shade by Hot dipping process, with tape (0.52mm thick blade) and and fixing the same with existing Y-shape angle iron placed 2m apart and with 6 horizontal R.B.T. M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over new steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including surface preparation, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild TMT steel bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
