REAPIR AND MAINTENANCE OF 11/0.433 DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS AND 33/11 KV POWER TRANSFORMERS, OUTDOOR HT STRUCTURES AT DRDL/ASL AREA UNDER GE (I) RND KANCHANBAGH, HYDERABAD

M&L Strip opening of transformer of capacity 100 to 400 KVA and removing the top cover for draining the transformer oil and taking out the core alongwith HT/ LT coil (windings) assembling the core after replacement defective part, HT/ LT coils heating varnishing, testing and housing accessories in transformer body and connection up filling in dehydrated new transformer oil and connecting, commissioning with existing electrical system HT /LT on load of capacity not exceeding 400 KVA including taking down and refixing complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note : (i) Winding wire including labour for making coil and supply only of new spare for replacement of UNSV spare will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Transformer oil will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only HT Bushes porcelain, vitreous with brass spindle, threaded with washer, nuts, lock and rubber seal suitable for transformer of capacity upto 200 KVA.

All as per item No. 5 above but of capacity 500 to 750 KVA

All as per item No. 5 above but of capacity 1000 to 1500 KVA

All as per item No. 5 above but of capacity 1500 to 5000 KVA

Supply only LT bushes porcelain Vitreous with brass spindle threaded with washers nuts, lacknuts and rubber seal for indoor/outdoor transformer of capacity not exceeding 200 KVA .
