Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdrain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction. Where staging is not required.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mmnominal size)excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (i) Pakur Variety

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in Sub-structure including initial straightening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not less than 1 mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. including cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading, carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M.S. structural works with hollow sections (square or rectangularshape) conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS:1161-1998) connected to one another with bracket, gusset, cleat as per design, drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including cutting to requisite shape & size, fabrication including metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816-1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of all M.S. Hollow section, all consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charges of all tools and plants and labour reqired for execution and all incidental chages (such as electricity, labour insurance) etc. complete. i) For roof truss works a) Span up to 12 Mtr

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. For structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 Kg./m

Cleaning the exposed corroded Reinforcement as well as worn out concrete by sand blasting with air compressor including all materials, hire charges of machineries and labour etc. all complete as per technical specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specifications Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD. By Manual Means Reinforced Cement Concrete

Providing anti-corrosive protective coating to inhibit the corrosion to HYSD reinforcements including two coats of anti-corrosive coatings of consumption as per manufacturer's specification, cleaning etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy.

Sealing of crack / porous concrete with Epoxy Grout by injection through nipples complete as per clause 2803.1.

Guniting concrete surface with cement mortar (25 mm nominal thick) applied with compressor after cleaning surface and spraying with epoxy complete as per Technical specification.

Removing loose scales, blisters etc. from old painted surface and thoroughly smoothening the surface to make the same suitable for receiving fresh coat of paint.

Anti Carbonatian coating for protectfon of Concrete Surface from Carbonation by with two coats of Single component solvent free,cold applied, pure acrylic polymer, (Anticarbonotion coating) breathable, elastomeric on a water based prIming coat (Total 3(three} coats Including priming coats) having50% elongation property, UV resistant capacity, non-toxic with aesthetic view, ecofriendly and low VOC(Volatile Organic Compound) materlal. The product complies with the requirement as laid out in as per ASTM D822. Recommended DFT(Dry Film thickness): 100 -110 microns per coat.Two coat may have with 5% - 10% dilution if required and anti carb primer with 100% dilution with approx. DFT:20 micron. Total system DFTshould not be less than 230 micron for getting better anticarbonatlon property on concrete surface as per direction of Engineer -In.charge. Note.- l} The rate is exclusive of the cost of scaffolding. 2}It maybe used for the exposed surfaces of Concrete structures. 3} This item shall be executed only after specific Instruction of Superintending Engineer of the respective circle

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. Ground Floor. One coat.

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. In Ground floor (Two Coat). a) Normal Acrylic Emulsion

Drainage Spouts in Superstructure including providing drip mouldings and also including supplying, fitting and fixing approved type of materials complete as per drawing and Technical specification vide clause no. 2705 of MoRT&H’s Specification for Road & Bridge Works.

Hire and labour charges for staging with sal bullah for super structure of bridge (Major and Minor) including stripping off and removing clearing on completion of work as per design and drawing approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of old dilapidated chloroprene seal of expansion joint , cleaning of necessary area to install new Chloroprene seal, installaton of new chloroprene seal and transportation charges to procure new chloropene seal from the manufacturer all complete as per instruction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of CR seal required for expansion joint of Gaznabi setu to all complete as per instruction of EIC

Supplying. preparing and placement of ready mix non shrink cementious microconcrete having no metalic aggregate or chlorides for repairing and \iackting of damagedR.C.C.members. Themicro concrete should achieve a compressive strength not less than 10 MPaafter 24 hours. 40 Mpaafter 7 day and 50Mpa aftre 28 days at 300C.It should have unrestrained expansion in between 1 to 4%. flexural strength shall not be less than 5MPaafter 28 days. Micro concrete should have a co-efficient of thermal expansion similar to that of the host concrete.
