REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF PUMPS, STARTERS AND MISC ITEMS AT AF STN CHIMNEY HILLS UNDER AGE(I) AF CHIMNEY HILLS

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying/repair of water Pipe.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Supply in replacement, laying, jointing and leakage testing GI Pipe 100 mm bore medium grade (ISI marked) including all fittings such as bend, tee, elbow, union, reducer etc, laid in trenches / floor/ walls etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) The laying and jointing of pipes are required to be carried out in short / long streches catering to specific requirements of a particular quarter, building block or a group of blocks. (ii) Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid seperately under respective item of BOQ.

Taking down steel tubing 25 mm dia and connections all as directed by engineer in charge.

Taking down steel tubing 50 mm dia and connections all as directed by engineer in charge.

Screwing existing steel tubing for alterations or additions (or lengthening screw on pipe to form connector) of size 50 mm dia GI Pipes all as per directed by Engineer in charge .

Screwing existing steel tubing for alterations or additions (or lengthening screw on pipe to form connector) of size 25 mm dia GI Pipes all as per directed by Engineer in charge .
