Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thick (above or below GL) complete all as specified and directed

M & L for hardcore of gauge n exc 63 mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface of broken stone or boulders

M & L for providing 100 mm thick, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors

M&L chequered Cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx 25 mm thick set, jointed and pointed neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigments , incl CM (1: 4) 20 mm thick screed bed including dismantling old tiles all as specified and directed.

M & L for Non-Skid heavy duty vitrified tiles of size 600 X 600 10-12 mm thick, or high dimension of any colour any design Durastone, weather proof impact resistant, abrasion resistant exterior tiles, as in floors vertical cladding and etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for heavy duty Non skid vitrified tiles of size 300x300x9-10mm thick or high dimension (except thickness) of any colour any design durastone, weather proof impact ressistant, abrasion resistant exterior tiles, as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement over and including 10mm thick rendering or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of precast cement concrete block walling built in CM or cement lime Mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks using PCC 1:3:6, type C1(using 20mm graded stoneaggregate), exc. 10cm in width, set in CM 1:6 all as specified
