20.2.2 Boring , providing and installing bored cast -in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring , with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate lenghth for setting out and removal of same and the lenghth of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. all complete , including removal of excavated earth with all lifts and leads (length of pile for payment shall be measured upto bottom of pile cap) - 400 mm dia piles.

2.6.1A Earthwork in excacavation over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth , 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m - disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dresses - all kinds of soil.

5.2.2 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) , including attached pilasters, buttresses , plinth and sting courses , fillets columns, pillars ,piers , abutments posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centering , shuttering , finishing and reinforcement - 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

5.9.1 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for - foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete.

5.9.6 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for - Columns, Pillars, Piers , Abutments , Posts and Struts.

6.4.2 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular ) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in - cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

13.8.3 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:5 (1 cement: 5 fine sand).

13.48.1 Finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacture's specification - Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm.

5.22.6 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening, cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level-Thermo -Mechanically treated bars (TISCON / VIZAG / IISCO / SAIL / JSW) Fe - 415 or more.
