M & L for walling of random rubble uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to random rubble walling,uncoursed or brought upto courses

Taking down cement mortar/plastering on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick External plaster with ready mix plaster on brick or concrete, stone surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation to plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over chalk whitening complete all as specified.

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embadded in concrete, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:5:10) type E2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in posts (including caps & bases)/coping including formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire in any type of standards rails straining bolts including securing

S & F galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing & straining & fixing to any type of standards rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with & provn of galvanized mild steel wire complete all as specified and as directed. (Each line wire to be measured)

M & L for RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in precast fencing posts, stuts etc area exc 100 & not exc 250 Sqcm including form work etc complete all as specified:- (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.)

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing of any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.including provission of binding wire

Supply and fixing 10mm dia, exceeding 5cm and not exceeding 10cm long machine made mild steel screw bolts with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with one washer and one hexagonal or square nut, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting etc. and similar works conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1. Flat iron for securing wire mesh to be provided is to measured in this item. 2. Machine made screw bolt 10mm dia exceeding 5cm and not exceeding 10cm long shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F mild steel round plain bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clip all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) Type B1 with 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floors/pavement laid in alternate bays incl necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplied and fixed for framed work as in doors or gates of angle/hollow section or other section with gusset Plate, rails,braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges and door fittings necessary rivetting/welding cutting up complete steel conf. to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 all as specified and directed. Note : Disturbed surfaces of wall shall be made good to true surface.

Fixing only MS gate in any type or in any description including hold fast, locking arrangement incl wheel track and sliding door bolt as required and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed trusses complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar description or thickness in floors, apron etc Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Granite (of any type) 18-20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types over 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non abrasive paving (Rectified Endura) cement conrete coloured tiles 300 x 300mm x 8-10mm thick machine pressed, set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floor/skirting mixed with grey cement and pigment match the colour as in pavements, including 15mm thick scred in CM 1:6, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete interlocking tiles 60 mm thick Rouber mould with strength 35 N/sqmm as in floor/pavement laid on 30 mm thick stone dust cushioning laid dry to the profile complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete interlocking tiles 80 mm thick Rouber mould with strength 40 N/sqmm as in floor/pavement laid on 30 mm thick stone dust cushioning laid dry to the profile complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described not exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for cement concrete Type B1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs/benching and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating/formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 45 to 50 mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-0,(12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in compound wall , planks/panels locking each other as per approved design/patterns, Set in cement mortar 1:4 , (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed. (Note: The quoted rate shall be inclusive of cost of reinforcement, Form work) (Note: Columns/ poles will be measured seperately)

M & L for Providing precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, posts, boundary pillars with grooves to locking RCC planks and set in mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (Note: The quoted rate shall be inclusive of cost of reinforcement, Form work)

Demolition of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for powder coated aluminum alloy interlocking snap grid 600mm x 600mm consists of Main Tee runners of size 38mm x 25mm x 1.5mm and cross Tee of size 25mm x 25mm x 1.5mm, spaced between the main Tee at 600mm centre to centre to form a grid of 600mm x 600mm and wall angle 25mm x 25mm x 2mm fixed to wall perimetrs at 450mm centres and shall conform to IS 733, IS 1285 with and including hangers of 3mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length and 1200mm centres) adjusting level fixed to roof steel members by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40X3 mm size 60mm long etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards of make 'E Board classic designer board (Cascade or Occenic) of M/S Everest industries Ltd or equivalent as approved, fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position from unframed work as in roof members complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridges etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of Red colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws incl filling gap between roof and wall with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 or brick work in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of Red colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel work (tubular/hollow) in trusses, rafters, beams, purlins etc, including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as as directed.

Dismantling of single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing incl ridge/hip tiles etc complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling battens for tiles of any size spaced exc. 15cm of any description of any size incl tilting fillets, single if any complete all as specified and directed.

Note: Amount of sch of credit of Rs.64580/-will be deducted from total amount of BOQ.
