VARIOUS ELECTRICAL WORKS TO BE CARRIED OUT AT VARIOUS LIFT IRRIGATION CUM DEWATERING SCHEMES UNDER M and E PROGRAMME OF MISD SHADIPORA.

AT LIS SHADIPORA MAIN: - Supply, Installation Testing and Commissioning at site 150 HP capacity Auto Transformer Starter for operation of 20 cusec submerged Pumping Equipment at LIS Shadipora Main. The starter shall comprise of the following equipment and accessories. a) Main Contactor Assembly of make having capacity of 225 Amp. b) Delta Contactor Assembly having a capacity of 225 Amp. c) Auto Transformer contactor Assembly of having a range of 110-140 Amp. d) Thermal overload Relay with Relay Range 135–225-amp. e) Double vacuum timer or any other standard brand having time range of 0-60/sec. f) Single phase preventer for above capacity starter. g) Auxiliary fuse units of suitable Ampere range. h) Electrolytic Copper bus bar strips of suitable size of duly tinned air insulated mounted on suitable size backlit insulators. i) Three No. Current transformer coils of suitable range of L&T/AE make fitted in each bus bar strips connected to 96mmx96mm square flush type Amp. Meter of AE/L&T make fitted on the door of the Panel housing. Each phase shall indicate the Amp range by having one number selector actuator Switch fitted. j) One number voltmeter of AE/L&T make 0-500 volts with one selector suitable for cut showing voltage in each phase.k) On/Off push button actuator of Red and Green Colors of 5A-415 volts 50 HZ suitable for the Panel. l) Complete internal wiring of the Control panel for operation of the equipment by using adequate capacity of Single strand copper wire of standard make. The wiring shall be provided with plastic washers for identification of each wire at various joints. The wiring shall have to complete properly. m) Housing for all the equipment fabricated out of 16 SWG sheet having approximate size of 500mm width x 1000mm height x 475mm depth and shall be fabricated with a hinged door at the front which shall have a proper locking arrangement. The housing shall be provided with a base frame fabricated out of 75mm ISMC welded/bolted to the housing at the bottom with the necessary brackets for the fitment of the above equipment. The housing shall have to be provided with necessary cut out spaces for Meters/Push button actuators/Selectors actuators and incoming and outgoing connections with air vents and shall have to be painted with two coats of red oxide primer followed by spraying of two coats of synthetic enamel of specified shade from inside as well as outside after providing and applying of putty and smoothing of the surface. n). Auto transformer coils shall be made out of 1st class electrolytic copper wire/strip and having capacity suitable for the above starter. The coils shall be provided with “F” class insulation tape. The coils shall have tapings taken out at 50%, 65% and 80%. The core of the Auto-transformer shall be fabricated out of 1st class silicon sheets cut to size and then tightening of the same adequately. The Auto-transformer shall comprise of a tank fabricated out of M.S sheet of suitable thickness so as to make the tank leak proof, which shall have a lid at the top provided with holes for tightening the same to the tank. The tank shall be painted in two coats of red oxide primer. The job includes providing and filling of high-grade low viscosity transformer oil up to the required level in the tank so that the Auto-transformer coils get fully immersed. Adequate capacity electrolytic copper bus bar strips or cable shall be fitted for internal connections. The tank shall have to be fitted at back side of the starter. The job further includes P/F of 120 Sq.mm Single core multistrand, PVC insulated copper cable (20mts) with proper thimbling for connecting Starter with the existing electrical circuit/system.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning at site of dry type Direct on-line 7.5 HP,3 Phase ,50 HZ Starter with following technical specifications: - a. Type = Dry type DOL b. Rating = 7.5 HP c. Relay Range = 9-14 Amp d. Coil Voltage = 400 V AC The starters needs to be installed at LIS like Taxoo, RD 29000, Kansathoo, Kandikhan, Rekhishilvet, Khanpeth, Potroo, Maligund, Guzarmohlla and Ankhulla.The job also includes P/F of 2.5 Sq.mm Copper wire for leads from the starter to priming motors (90 mts).

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 0.03 ACSR aluminum conductor for HT lines after dismantling of unsafe existing GI wire .The received GI wire shall be return to divisional store Shadipora vide proper indent. The quantity and site of installation of HT conductor is as follows:- a. LIS Kandikhan = 2480 mts b. LIS Dalav&Ranigund= 578 mts c. LIS Kanshall = 585 mts d. Badrihell= 404 mts

Providing/Fitting of HT pole Cross fabricated out of ISMC75 ,4.5 feet long (07 No) at LIS Kandikhan and Kanshal.The job includes P/F of braces for the crosses fabricated out of ISA 40x40x5 mm angle 4 feet long (07 no).The job also includes drilling of holes , clamps, nuts and bolts also.

Providing/Fitting of 11 KV polymer insulators.

Providing /Fitting of 11 KV heavy Duty link Set for LIS Kanshall.The job includes P/F of Cross fabricated out of ISMC75,8.5 feet long (02 no) for fixing of Link Set at the existing Sub.station of Kanshal. The job includes drilling of holes, clamps, nuts and bolts also.
