Supply of bags to Abdul Nazir Sab State Institute of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, Mysuru for a period of one year

The Firm/Supplier should have at least three year experience supplying bags to various State/Central Government, state level organization to an extent of rupees 8,90,000/- and satisfactory service certificate should be compulsorily uploaded in Proforma at Section XII PROFORMA A

Annual Turnover shall be Rs. 17,80,000/- (Attach documents issued by Certified Charted Accountant or Auditor) for any one year (FY 2021-22 to 2025-26) in the preceding 5 years. (Along with UDIN Number)

Copies of Income Tax Returns of last three financial years (2024-25, 2023-24 2022-23) duly signed by Auditor or Chartered Accountant.

Valid and authenticated copy of the Firm Registration Certificate issued by the city corporation / Local Bodies (Trade license)

GST Registration Certificate and PAN Copy: (Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities)
