Draining out the old engine oil from DG set, cleaning of deposits and rectifing leakages, if any, by means of welding, brazing and cleaning of oil tank and Supply and filling of new Engine oil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Taking down radiator from DG Set of any type /make of capcity 600KVA from base mounting, cleaning /descaling by using of air compressor and cleaning with suitable stain removal detergent along with chemical etc and rectifing water leakage by means of welding / brazing, after cleaning , descaling and rectifing of leakage etc. including renewal of all connecting parts i.e radiator hose pipe with clamps, bolts, nuts washers , rubber bush packing materal etc and re-assembling the radiatorand fixing with DG set properly in original position, checking the alignment, making proper hose connecting, testing for smooth operation complete all as directed. Note:- The cost of renewed parts is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by contractor. No extra cost shall be paid to the contractor for the same.

Note:(i) The cost of transportation (to and from) for all kind of necessary eqpt /T&P shall be arranged /brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at E/M yard and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor to this effect. (ii). If any complaint which inform to the contaractor by AGE or JE through telephone or verbal direction and the same will not attend by the contractor with in one day a penality of Rs 1000/- per day will be impossed.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 2,36,680.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II. Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
